Overall I liked michael as a character. His primary focus is protecting his friends and getting stronger to defend against future foes. There is much progression in this book, I'd say.

I like the system and how the tutorial was set up. One minor complaint is after the tutorial we see how weak many others are compared to our MC. I hope the side characters catch up some.

If you like system apocalypse this one is pretty good. OP MC who has a reason to get even stronger. I will read book 3.

The book was really good I quite liked it it was really fun to read. The plot is good and I like how Michael has to keep the reason he is becoming so powerful so fast a secret from his family and his friends. He fears that the War Gods can read peoples minds are well and true possible so his fears are legitimate. I would have liked a temporary villain to be introduced into the story line but it kinda makes sense that it doesn't have one with all the chaos happening.

It’s Good. But weird mom and son relationship

Don’t get me wrong fights are good. Skills are dope. Stats are cool. But MCs relationship with his mom is weird. And why is her first name being said in his inner monologue instead of Mom. Idk kinda odd
