What a finish

Loved this series!! Starts with a young widowed mother and her desperate fight against Uber rich in laws for her son, then to a mystery of found bones and an adopted woman from across the pond looking for answers to the last book of ghosts and paranormal tv show filming during a renovation.

Amy and Sully is the last couple in the series and the other 2 couples from prior books are supporting characters who are often involved like a normal close family would be. The love is a sweet normal paced growth. The other books were more closed door but this one has one spicy scene.

The writing is smooth and very well proofed. Love the colored pictures that are chapter headings

I really liked the first two books of this trilogy, but this final one, not as much. The mysteries in books 1 and 2 were realistic. This last book was a ghost story, of which I’m not much of a fan, so that’s probably why I was less enthusiastic about book 3. This is, however, a nice slow-burn romance with a good conclusion, as were the previous books.

UPDATE: At the end of this, the author offers a free bonus epilogue, which I highly recommend taking advantage of. Taking place two years after the last book, it’s so much more than just a quick epilogue. It’s more like a novella including all the MCs and even a new character. So beautifully written and heartwarming. I loved it and would give it 5 stars! Don’t miss out on this offer. Thank you, Ms. Hesse for such a wonderful conclusion to the entire series.

Righting old Wrongs

The first half of this story was not delightful. The second half more than made up for it. Great imagination by the author.

We escape from life

Characters are 3 dimensional and wish they were real. Mystery of what happened and leading to the ending swept one along to the ending.

I loved this trilogy!

The Widow’s Point Island Trilogy is a well written series of three books. Each book is a stand alone but more enjoyable in order. I was thinking they remind me of an early trilogy written by Nora Roberts in style. The third book of many of her trilogies finishes a plot entwined throughout all three books involving love stories with magic or a bit of the supernatural. I absolutely loved these and I’m looking forward to discovering some more of the books by this author!

Just as a note, the books are well edited and I saw no grammatical errors.
