As Dr. Buffone writes, none of us are promised tomorrow. So, it is important to start living for today. It challenges one to address old ways of thinking, routines, ruts in life that prevent one from achieving healthy psychological living. As Buffone's case studies show, an unhealthy psyche can make one physically unhealthy.
