There's some pretty deep quotes in here. You'll want to look inward. This truly gets you to examine your life choices. It actually might convince you to think twice about some of them. If you're a Christian, this would be the right choice of a self help book to grab because, there's lots of scripture throughout the context to back up the author's claims. There's examples of how the devil can be sneaky and get into your mind. However, God's solutions are immediately offered afterwards. I love there's subcategories in the chapters and everything is broken down into a way that's easy to understand. Each chapter gives a weekly challenge as well. These allow for you to practice exactly what you just learned.
