This book is outstanding, based on finding and seeking new directions from one's passion. I felt much less lonely reading this book, understanding that I really am interested in finding passionate work again! It ties in to the book about Cultural Creatives, which I'm also reading! (Switched direction recently...)I'm now going through the exercises--a great experience, looking back and forward together (VERY positive). This book is grounded in positive psychology, I think--found it thru my beginning study of Appreciate Inquiry (organizational development).
