Must read!!!

Reset Your Nervous System by Danielle Bejarano is an incredible, truly impactful read. Danielle has a gift for breaking down complex ideas into simple, practical tools you can actually use in daily life. The exercises are gentle yet powerful, and I noticed a real difference in my stress levels and overall sense of calm. All of these tips also apply to helping and calming down my OCD.

What I loved most is how supportive and validating the tone feels—it’s like having a friend who genuinely understands what you’re going through. If you’re looking to feel more balanced, grounded, and in control, this book is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
