Well, I can honestly say, I could not put this down. I read it in one sitting! I have been waiting for book three to come out so I could get Carters story and I was not disappointed!
This intertwines so well with books one & two but also gives Carter the spotlight he so deserved! I love Micki and the smartass mouth which has me cackling.
This answers so many questions and unravels some questions I had but also gave me more questions which I will need book four to answer for me!
T.Straatman is truly a phenomenal writer, creating characters we love and watch grow and develop plus heart felt plots that go from ripping your heart out to healing.
Absolutely obsessed with the Boys of Darcel House series!

I flew through this book. I couldn’t put it down. I was invested from page one all the way to the end. Carter’s story was everything I could have wanted and more. Carter was seriously a boy obsessed, and he was gonna do anything to get his girl. He was also so funny. Micki didn’t take no shit and had a smart ass mouth, and I loved every second of it. These two were so cute together. I loved how it connects with the previous books but also sets us up for the next one. I got my questions answered, but then it opened new questions as well. I love how this series has just the right amount of suspense to keep you on your toes. I also love this found family so much. The story was just so good, and I can’t wait for the next book.

I absolutely love this whole series. The Boys of Darcel House have me hooked and will have you feeling alllll the emotions. I really love this author’s writing, these books are well written and make for an easy read but full of emotion. I struggled to put all these books down. I absolutely love the suspense and mystery combined with the romance in these books.
I know this book hasn’t been released yet but I already can’t wait for book four!
If you love a romantic suspense with strong fmc with a smart mouth and a badass mmc (with grey sweatpants) who gives “touch her and die” vibes, new found family, fake dating and reformed playboy tropes, then add this one to your tbr and go start the series from book one!
