From USA Today Bestselling Author, Eve Newton comes a dark Bratva mafia romance.
I thought it was one night. He decided to keep me.
The auction is a means to an end. A way to pay my rent for another month. It’s not my first choice. It’s my only choice.
But the man who wins is Bratva-bred, London-polished, and terrifyingly calm about the price he pays as he savagely outbids everyone else.
I expect arrogance. I expect demands.
Instead, he gives me rules. Distance. Choice.
Protection I never asked for.
His attention makes me something valuable. Something usable. Something other men start reaching for the moment he lets go.
He’s everywhere. At my door, in my space, in my decisions, building a cage and calling it safety while I fight to keep the pieces of my life that were never for sale.
In his world, wanting is the same as claiming.
His Savage Claim is a dark and twisted romance. Please read trigger warnings before reading, listed in the Preface. Each book in the London Bratva series is interconnected, but about a different couple and will end in a HEA.
Eve is a USA Today Bestselling Author with a specialty for steamy romance with strong female leads.

Was I mentally prepared for this? No! Did I jump in head first with no floaters? Heck yes I did!
I love mafia romances, but I love Even more when the books take you on a ride of a life time. Lidiya is a struggling woman, working a dead end job. She feels like her only option is this auction. One problem miss ma’am!! You have a slightly unhinged and obsessed man who will stop at NOTHING to make her his. And let’s face it she’s been his since the moment he laid eyes on her for the first! So when a Bratva Heir decides that this is his woman and his woman only, well let’s just say the world better watch out!
Meet Damien, the spare to Roman’s heir. Bit of a wild card, but when he wants something he gets it. And he wants Lidiya. Trouble is he’s been warned off her by a mystery man. So, obviously, that means Damien will stop at nothing to get her. Of course, nothing can ever be simple. Now they have to work out WHO wants her, and why?? And if they happen to get attached to each other in the midst of all the drama and bloodshed, well, that’s the Bratva life it seems. A seriously good read!
One inherited debt and one auction brought Lidiya & Bratva born - Damien together in this book. As the book progressed and more secrets were uncovered for both of them sparks slowly started. I loved their banter with each other especially with how strong willed Lidiya was and how Damien liked his own way. They loved to rub each other up the wrong way. All of which brought them closer together. This book was chock full of great twists and turns which led a brilliant ending. Loved It.
His Savage Vow by Eve Newton is a captivating Bratva romance with a twist. Damien is mysterious, magnetic, and unpredictable, and his fascination with Lidiya draws you in from the start. Lidiya is refreshing as a heroine. She’s not from a Bratva family but is paying off her father’s debt, which gives her independence, depth, and a grounded perspective.
Damien calls Lidiya “Beautiful in the way a blade is beautiful when you find it in a drawer you forgot about,” which perfectly captures his intensity and the tension between them. One of my favorite details is the Basquiat painting in his home, which mirrors his chaotic, unpredictable nature. He also protects Lidiya without ever making her feel cornered, adding a compelling dynamic to their relationship.
The story escalates quickly when Damien proposes marriage after only 24 hours. Lidiya’s refusal feels realistic since she has a life, friends, and a job, and refuses to be owned. Damien, the golden child of the Voronov family, is not bound by the same pressures as the heir in His Brutal Vow, which creates an intriguing power dynamic.
This book had me hooked from start to finish. The tension, emotion, and well-drawn characters make it a standout in Bratva romance.

DNF at 61%. I really wanted to like this one…. But it’s just not working for me.
Notes so far: Lidiya has a ton of debt leftover from her parents deâth from Bratva loan sharks (the MMC’s family 😆), so she sells herself at an auction (for a date…?) and these two men WAGE A WAR against each other and she goes for 100 MILLION POUNDS 🤯😱 while the other girls are getting like a few thousand. Soooo… nuts. It’s a little annoying in these billionaire romances where the MMC is flaunting his wealth, “in my diamond cufflinks”, Aston Martin car, here’s my “super yacht” etc etc… but I guess that’s the fun of it? 😏
So anyways, Damien takes her back to his house for “protection”, offers to marry her to get these other guys off her back, which she declines. I liked the premise but didn’t really connect with the characters. And then around the 60% mark, there’s a bit of a plot twist, but like…. It didn’t track. Doesn’t make sense, and the characters jump to conclusions - where are they getting this information from?! Bummed.
Damien and Lidiya’s story is hands-down my favorite dark mafia romance so far. It delivers everything you want from the genre — danger, suspense, and a twist you absolutely won’t see coming. Lidiya is a refreshingly strong heroine who refuses to choose the easy path or let others dictate her decisions, making her both admirable and formidable. Damien, the reckless spare who answers to no one, is fiercely protective and deliciously possessive, yet surprisingly self-aware — willing to admit his mistakes, but only to her. Their chemistry is explosive, their dynamic complex, and the emotional stakes feel real beneath the violence and power plays. If you love a protective anti-hero and a woman strong enough to stand beside him, don’t hesitate — start this book immediately.
This is one rollercoaster of a ride, a white knuckled ride from beginning to end. Lidiya is just a waitress who's at her wits end, no money, she's broke and has no options... Except one - an auction. Damien is not the bratva heir, he's the one who uses knuckledusters to rearrange your face while he smiles and has fun. But he's been obsessed with Lidiya for ages and nothing and no one will take her away from him. No chance, he will stop at nothing to make sure she's safe. No matter what it is. This is a dark Bratva romance so expect claret with your romance! I am obsessed with Damien.... Wish we could all have a Damien ❤️
This is the 2nd book in this series and follows Lidiya and Damien. We were introduced to him in the first book that told his brothers story.
Lidiya is a down on her luck waitress who's in deep with the Bratva through no fault of her own. She counts pennies, and is invited to a companion auction she thinks will help to alleviate some of the pressure she's feeling.
Damien is the man who collects from her every week, and is hot as sin. When their worlds collide at the auction, Lidiya is forced to face things about herself she never realized. The pages sizzle with spice, action and violence.
Sorry, but Lidiya just wasn’t for me. She didn’t click with me. Not because of her situation—I was in a very similar financial situation myself once, and my boyfriend, who I’ve been with for years, helped me out. He’s just not from mafia, which is a shame 🤭 Anyway, even though I understand her pain, she was just too much for me.
Anyway, the story was good, quite surprising even, and Damien was amazing.
I like this author’s books; she has a distinctive writing style and a unique sense of humor. Her characters are vivid, and the dialogue is witty and funny. I’ll definitely read more of her books.
Yes I love mafia books but really the writing is good as always. The story told here is really good and Lidiya is such an amazing character. Life hasn't been easy on her so she opts for something she sees as her only option. Things might be changing though as a mafia heir has decided she is his and the world better watch out. Personalities clash and while you might think this causes a rift it does not. They bring eachother closer. I loved this book and highly recommend it.
His Savage Vow is the second book in the London Bravta series by Eve Newton. His Savage Vow follows Lidiya and Damien. Lidiya is in debt with the Bratva (not her doing) and needs to pay her rent. With no other options she accepts the invitation to a companion auction. Damien is the Bravta debt collector. He sees her at the auction and bids for her, he wins of course. He wants no one else to have or touch her but him.
This was one knuckleduster romance and full of savage delight. If you love Mafia men that don't take any nonsense, this is the book for you. Let's not forget our FMC that is just like you and me...normal. Which is a nice change. This book is amazing and full of baddie adventures. Damien is not just the spare, he's the one you really got to watch. This was very entertaining from page one until the very end. Can't wait to see what the author does next in this world of unhinged perfection.
His Savage Vow was amazing! I devoured it! Damien was possessive, snarky and hilarious and his obsession with Lidiya will surprise you! The banter back and forth will keep you turning the page and you can feel all the feelings that Lidiya is going through. The unexpected twist will leave your jaw on the floor! Kudos to Eve to an amazing Mafia read!!! 5/5 stars!!
If you love a strong fmc and mafia men you will love Lidyia and Damian. This book gave witty banter mystery and twists and a love that grows. I love this world that Eve creates. I love possessive and strong men and equally strong female partner. I was sucked in from the first page and devoured in one sitting. Highly recommended
I am not sure I will ever recover from this book. This puts you right in Lydiya's world and makes you feel what she goes through. Then Damien enters the picture and she opens his eyes in a way he isn't used to. The relationship that they build together...let's just say I was obsessed! Now put down whatever you are doing and read this book!
Another winning story. I am so loving these Bratva mafia books. This one is with Lidiya and Damien. Cannot deny this was a fantastic storyline. Right from the start all the way till the end I was obsessed with this story. Add in it being a mafia story it’s my new obsession. Loving this world. Seriously cannot get enough. No spoilers here. Just saying I so want more. Definitely recommend reading.
What started as a collection of a debt that wasn't hers, turns into an obsession that is all him. Secrets that neither know about, and yet are so very deep and deadly. This one has a lot of twists and turns, heat, and stubborn pride. I absolutely adore the strength of Lidaya and the way that Damien understands her. This maybe my favorite book from Eve
And here is why. I loved this book so much more than the first one. Female badass AND a female villain?? Sign me up! However the self righteous anger and continued back and forth about "I'll accept him, now he has pissed me off even though I said I accept who he is," got a bit repeative and annoying. Other wise I enjoyed this book and the plot +the twist!
She was tough and refused to give up. After losing her parents, she was stuck with a huge debt. Damien knew she couldn't pay him back, but he still pressured her. Deep down, he was impressed by how hard she worked, giving everything she had to pay each weekly.
Desperate for cash, she made a choice that would completely change her life.
Oh my lanta, I am loving this world! Damian had me in a cho kehold from the moment he stepped onto the page. His no-n style and obsession with Lidiya had me shivering, and I savored every tense, page-turning moment!
Another beautiful installment into this world! I love these characters as much as I did in the first novel, maybe even more! I love the internal dialogue from the characters, it adds so much volume to their story!
I enjoyed this far more than the first book. Damian is broody and dark, your typical Bratva prince. Lidiya is a nobody working to pay back a debt she inherited. The the plot was there along with a little spice and of course everyone got a HEA!
Much, much better than the first book in the series
A properly developed romance in which the male lead did everything he could to make up for the wrong he did to her. I loved the female lead, strong and vulnerable, sensible , proud and not libido driven.
