pix and her Lumberjack!
Sealed: The Wedding by Lexxi James was another amazing read! I love both Harrison and Ava so much!
Book two had angst, tears, and a rollercoaster of emotions and misunderstandings that all great love stories need, and there were times when it was touch and go whether this couple could make it past the bumps. Thankfully, they did!
The chemistry between Pix and her Lumberjack was scorching, and the steamy scenes definitely delivered! And the kids spoke! Connor and Ollie were a blast, as usual. Little Princess Snooki, who’s always cute and sweet, showed a whole different side at the airport when someone wouldn’t let her see Pix! She let loose with the infamous high-pitched “death scream,” and it was not pretty! 😂
The wedding itself was full of chaos, from marigold-eating goats to lost wedding bands, but never fear—it all came together beautifully in the end!
Lexxi James is a fantastic writer, and her Boys of Bishop Mountain series is one of my favorites. She writes beautiful stories filled with love, passion, family, and her trademark humor that has me cracking up throughout every book.
I always love my visits to Bishop Mountain. The only bad thing is having to leave.

I was so excited for this finale of Harrison and Ava‘s story and unfortunately, I could not give it five stars.
For as much as the first book was great I feel like they spent more time on the beginning part of the story and I feel like the end was super rushed, and then I did not like how it turned so quickly from heartbreak to love.
Harrison was so cruel to Ava and it took one moment and she was back in love with him and I just don’t feel like that that’s super realistic.

Sealed: The Wedding by Lexxi James is a story you won't want to end. This author....these characters... the dialogue... the plot...just, OMG! I was even reading parts of it aloud to my husband, it was so good. The way she makes the characters come alive. And they are so true to their personalities. Harrison's kids, friends, and family are just so wonderfully unique. And Chase, Ava's best friend, is definitely the definition of a best friend and he needs his own story. Hint! Hint!
The writing...I don't know if it just flows freely from the author, but if it does, I'd love to meet her and have a conversation. Or maybe she agonizes over all those fantastic metaphors and descriptions. Some of my favorites:
"the kind of joy that can power ten electric cars"
"For the last fifteen minutes, the only vehicle on the road has been a UHaul that apparently took a blood oath against letting me pass."
"that was supposed to be a threat, not a career goal" (said to his son)
Okay... the story... in the previous book, SEALED, (read it) actress Ava accidentaly marries Harrison, father of three kids. They fall in love, but she goes back to work and leaves him behind. In this book, Harrison wants to propose to her in a big way but the ring disappears. He won't propose until he finds the ring. His friend Zac accuses him of using the missing ring as an excuse to not commit fully to Ava. In reality, Harrison is a widower and he fears losing yet another love. Chase, Ava's friend, solves a few problems for Harrison, even though Harrison is a bit hostilely jealous of Chase. Chase tells him that the ring will come if he truly loves her. He does. They get their HEA. I can only hope that Lexxi James will write yet another book about the family focusing on the birth of a new member of their family. It could only be more hilarious and enjoyable. No one should miss these two books. If I could give it a 10 out of 5, I would.

Between the hilarious and heartfelt internal dialogues, I was invested in Harrison’s chaotic but determined pursuit of Ava. Harrison himself is a total standout with his grumpy, always patient, and completely endearing approach to the unpredictable world of single fatherhood. While the kids absolutely stole my heart, I left the book wishing nothing but the best for Ava, who constantly pours so much love into everyone around her even as she struggles to reconcile her need for family and her career.

I borrowed Sealed: The Wedding ~ Boys of Bishop Mountain ~ Book 5, by Lexxi James, author, from the Kindle Unlimited Program on Amazon.
Ava goes to Iceland to film her Princess Luna movie, leaving Harrison and the kids behind in the States. Mr. Grumpy McGrump doesn't contact her but sends flowere, a spa treatment in a naural hot spings spa i Iceland and finally with help from her friend Chase gets his act together and goes to Iceland after.
He wants to give her a wedding with the kids and family on her filming break coming up in two weeks. The kids plan the wedding with farm animals petting zoo, fairy princess theme, a part Lord of the Rings theme in the most unusual wedding but it is just right for them.
This is a great ending to the series along with the extra chapter that can be downloaded, all full of humor, deep commitment and love of close family and friends.

I have to say i love Harrison and Ava from Sealed and this book was just as great. I continue on in their romance that definitely want all smooth sailing.
Work takes precedence for Ava and is really causing grief for Harrison and the kids as they just want her home.
Ava has a lot to lose and feels very torn in two. But so is Harrison. The marriage is on shaky ground at the start of the book with everyone pulling for them to get their act together. I felt bad for Harrison and the kids.
I loved the snappy comebacks and the amazing writing that was a joy to read. This author has a unique take on situations and relationships as well as turn of phrase. I enjoy the easy read aspect of her books. Can't wait for more. So great!!

The fifth book in your Boys of Bishop Mountain series. It is a captivating, well-written story with wonderful characters, great humor, and a happy ending. Ava's filming trip to Iceland and Harrison's thoughtful gestures—sending flowers, arranging a spa treatment, and traveling there with Chase's help—created a fantastic plot. The downloadable extra chapter was also a wonderful addition to a story already filled with deep commitment and the love of family and friends. It is a great conclusion to the series. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Sealed: The wedding is the second part of SEALED. This is continuation of Harrison and Ava's story. Like all previous books from the author, this is interesting and entertaining. I really enjoyed this book and didn't want it to end. I love Ava, Harrison and the kids and I'm happy they got their HEA. I recommend this book, the author did an amazing job as usual and I wasn't disappointed 👏.

Some hilarious moments in this grand finale. Harrison’s 3 kids are great — they love hard and are quite determined.
Lots of frustrating moments with Pix/Ava and Harrison. They know they love each other but are so insecure about how the other feels that they spend more time apart than together.

There was too much inner monologue on both sides. I didn't like the hero who this book, he was so indecisive and only wanted to propose with a ring in his hand instead of professing his love and admitting he had lost it.
The Children saved the book, their antics were hilarious again.The end felt rushed and the actual wedding was just too short on page.

Short and sweet but filled with a good amount of tension and angst that had me screaming at Harrison to get it together. But the love that Ava and Harrison have is so sweet, esp the love she has for his kids.

And Sealed continues with Sealed The Wedding. We get a look back at the last few chapters of Sealed and more details about how that all played out. From both Harrison and Ava’s point of view, they have a lot to tell you about.
Harrison and Ava live very different lives and haven’t been together all that long. So when it comes to figuring out forever, they don’t quite have that all worked out yet. Harrison the father of three kids, and Ava an actress with admirers everywhere, together their lives are chaotic. But when you love someone, you have to be able to do whatever it takes.
Harrison, and all the men on Bishop Mountain, have been a lot of fun to read about. Protective, alpha male, sexy…what’s not to love? Together, they are so entertaining and funny with lots of banter amongst them. All of the couples have an intense chemistry and passion and you just get sucked into all of their stories. You can’t go wrong with any of them so…read them all!

Harrison and Ava live very different lives and haven’t been together all that long. So when it comes to figuring out forever, they don’t quite have that all worked out yet. Harrison the father of three kids, and Ava an actress with admirers everywhere, together their lives are chaotic. But when you love someone, you have to be able to do whatever it takes.
Harrison, and all the men on Bishop Mountain, have been a lot of fun to read about. Protective, alpha male, sexy…what’s not to love? Together, they are so entertaining and funny with lots of banter amongst them. All of the couples have an intense chemistry and passion and you just get sucked into all of their stories. You can’t go wrong with any of them so…read them all!

I knew these WONDERFUL characters had so much more to tell and they did! Lexxi delivers a heartwarming and profoundly moving story that exceeded all my expectations! I’m so grateful to her for continuing their emotional story in a second book! I love all Lexxi’s books but Harrison, Ava, Connor, Ollie, and Snooki are my favorites! I am loving this series. This was the continuation of a previous couple's story, which was fun! We usually only get one book per couple in this series, so I loved getting to read more about Harrison and Ava.
It had a little bit of drama, a little mystery, but it was sweet! Ava's relationship with the kids is the cutest. I just adore all the characters in this series! I hope there's more to come.
