Last book in another great series by this author, so enjoyed every book of this series. Each book gets your attention and keeps you reading to find out what happens next. This last book is no different. The h in response to the H’s and her daughter’s reactions to the fact that he was the daughter’s biological father returned to her home in Miami. The H, daughter, sister and their friends followed her to Miami. Before they arrived the h is confronted by the two people they believe are responsible for all the fires and other events that have been occurring in Sandpiper Shores. They are there to tell the h that they believe there is something in her home that will prove their innocence. She indeed finds what her son-in-law sent her days before his death that proves their innocence. When she goes to get the evidence that he has put in a safe place, she finds out what happened ten years ago which proves the innocence of the people who she and the H thought were guilty and pointed to who were responsible. With this information she contacted the H who she knows is in town, meets with him and her daughter and shows them the video. When she is about to tell them who the guilty persons are they come into her living room and hold them captive. Due to their daughter the two people are taken down, but a fire is started. They all get out but extensive damage is done. What follows is the H and h finding out what happened thirty years before thanks to her sister, who related what the h had done and forced the H to relate his secret that occurred eighteen years previously. The h is devastated by all that happened. The H and h go on with their lives, healing with time. The H becomes the chief of police for Sandpiper Shores. The h puts her life together In Miami. Then things changed when the son and his friend go his biological mother to find out what truly happened thirty eight years previously when their marriage broke up. The truth results in the H and h coming back together and getting their HEA. It’s a perfect ending to a great story. A town terrorized ten years earlier and then recently get the answers to their questions and life returns to normal. A h and H find out how they once were manipulated and now find their way back to each other. Sure enjoyed this series, each book grabbed your attention and kept it through all the ups and downs, twists and turns and then was brought together in a marvelous way. Is a sweet clean small town, second chance, later-in-life, family secrets romance with a touch of mystery and suspense.
One of the lines I really like --- There was never a perfect time for anything. There was only the here and now. ---
Who's behind the strange accidents happening? Who deliberately started the fires? Was it the same person who started the fires 10 years ago or a copycat? What's Victoria up to? What happened to the evidence from Lacey's accident? Who tried to kill Lacey and Margo? Who started the fire at Margo's Cafe? Who does the bracelet belong to that was found after the fire at Teacups? What does Sienna know? What does "Look to Miami" mean? Who are the Fireman and Cinderella? These and other questions will all be answered.
I loved June and Holt, Lucy and Tom, Lacey and Dean, Carmen and Zane, Margo and Rad, Willa and Ace's story and I'm sure you will too. I've loved everyone of her books that I've read and I can't wait to read her next book.

A fantastic block buster style ending in this 6th book of the series that you can't put down. With a murderer/arsonist behind bars, with secrets finally revealed, with hurt, tears, suspense, and puzzles getting solved, this is a fantastic book. All the threads left hanging throughout the first 5 books are so neatly tied together in a very satisfying ending. I highly recommend this series as well as any series Amy Rafferty writes. Her books are so well written, you can't put any of them down. I look forward to the next series. I received an ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

Forever Flame, Book 6 in the Secrets of Sandpiper Shores series, is finally here! What a culmination this book brings to an absolutely fantastic series! June and Holt must face many truths as they continue to solve a case that pulls them in many directions, including away from each other. Shocking secrets are divulged causing more pain and bringing more questions to light before the culmination of June & Holt’s story. Book 6 is another in this series that has to be read in one sitting! It will bring a whirlwind of emotions with it as well! I am a part of the ARC team for this book and am offering my honest review.

Secrets of Sandpiper Shores, Book 6, is the conclusion to the story of June and Holt, their family members, and friends. Everyone ends up in Miami looking for the individual(s) responsible for Shaun's and the other firemen's death ten years ago. June is met by Victoria and Alfred when she arrives home first. Holt, Willa, and the gang follow her home as they believe they know who the culprit(s) are responsible for the murders, but, June is no where to be found. The ending for this fantastic series is just perfect.

June’s perfectly guarded secret, or so she thought, is brought out into the open. Feelings are hurt and June returns to Miami to get away from the whole mess in Sandpiper Shores. Victoria and Alfred are on the lamb and find June asking for her help. But wait, aren’t they the bad guys?

Unbeknown to them, Holt, Willa and the rest of the group are also solving the mystery and head to Miami. After they get there, the real bad guys catch up to June and ...

There’s so much more, like, what was Holt’s secret, who are the bad guys and what happens with Victoria and Alfred?

Secrets revealed...

A stunning end to an investigation of events which have spanned a decade.  The revelations are totally unexpected, and some are heartbreaking.  I love this series which had a fascinating mystery intertwined with unbreakable relationships despite the challenges. This book is a beautiful heartwarming end to a great series.

What an amazing end to this series.

All the answers were revealed and boy were they big ones. Lies were revealed, truths came to light, but most of all, the best happily ever afters came to be.

I couldn't have predicted the things we learned, but it was quite the ride along the way.

Amazing characters, mysteries that you can't solve till the very end, and heart warming stories always.

Stupendous story with all the twists and turns. Evil doings with really bad people, some manipulating relationships while others plot to kill and destroy. An absolute finish to a beautiful area and the families involved. The family has become warm and inviting. I received this as an ARC and am voluntarily reviewing it.

As all the secrets are reveal, the amazing ending to this series comes together for a huge breakbreaking reveal. This series was a roller coaster of emotions that made it such a wonderful series. Big series with lots of characters.
I think we could have had half the characters or more eliminated and it still would be interesting as in six books we learned a bit about many of them.

The bad guys I halfway figured out. But it still had some interesting dramas to add to the fun.

I like how fast the installments came out!! It kept it fresh for me as I read fast.

This was a great series and this book was a great ending to the series. What a twist. I had figured out the female but the male definitely came out of the blue. Couple of errors where wrong name was used but didn’t distract from the book. If you haven’t read this author before or if you have read this series.

This is last book in the series. I have to say I loved this series and hate too see it end. Sandpiper Shores is a great place to live. Friends/families who’ve been there for most of their lives. Also, lots of secrets that finally came out. So much love and of happily ever afters.

This series is basically one really long book broken into six parts. :) It's a page-turner, as evidenced by me blowing through all six books in a couple of days. Think Netflix series with Danielle Steele vibes. Mostly, it's sweet, with memorable characters. I greatly enjoyed escaping to Sandpiper Shores for a bit. Thank you. <3

The finale of this series was fabulous! I appreciate that the resolution of June and Holt's relationship wasn't neat and tidy, but, rather, went through moments of grit, pain, and confusion. The growth of all of the characters was a steady burn. Well done!
