I have never laughed so hard during a romance book before, but this was true Anna Wineheart right here. TBH I don’t have any negatives that are strong enough for me to have noted while reading, but I’ll share some of my favorite moments instead! If you feel lost reading, shhhhhh, it’s okay, just let it happen.

1. Their first kiss didn’t occur until 53%. Don’t worry, the spice hits hard and fast at like, 11% LOL. Now normally I can’t get into and feel the intimacy when my MCs don’t kiss. But poor Doc has a hard time because of scarring which you’ll read more about and I understand his worries and not wanting to lose Ottis. The psychological pain he has revolving around this doesn’t get overcome for a while but that is more realistic in my opinion.
2. But the face touching scene before the first kiss?? I found that to be so sweet and it was a rare moment where the story wasn’t all laughs and jokes. I realllyyyyyy liked that.
3. Ottis seeing Doc smile for the first time? DEAD. So cute. I love Doc.
4. Doc has a filthy mouth and I am HERE for it.
5. The Cock Cannon, that’s all.
6. I am over the moon when my Alpha/Omega pairings have the Alpha building a nest and the Alpha wanting a claiming bite on them, especially the neck. It just really makes me feel the love from the Alpha.
7. OMG THE BIRTH SCENE?? HOW IT STARTED?? WHO WAS PRESENT? My mouth was literally open the whole time I was reading it.

So the next story is Zenith and Emre (The Pregnant Wolf Omega Next Door) and is coming by August/September 2026. I SWEAR IF #8 ISN’T URIEL AND BRUISER I MIGHT SOB AND CALL IN FROM WORK BECAUSE I CAN’T ANYMORE I NEEEEEED IT.

I’m am honored to have received this book as an ARC.

This was an insta love story that shows just how much people’s words and actions can hurt someone.

While Doc uses a mask to cover his past, Ottis chooses to hide from others making it hard for people to get close. Even though both have a past that has left physical and mental scars they both find solace in each other. We can’t change the past but we can make the future what we want it to be.

Between cute babies, dragons ( including getting to see Yaeger again) and awesome carts, this was another amazing installment in this collection.

I can’t wait for the next book!!

DOC (DRAGON SHIFTER) AND OTTIS (WOLD SHIFTER)

I received this book for free and am giving my honest and voluntary review.

I loved the way obtained Ottis as a hostage by having him sign a contract. I loved the way that neither was deeply affected by the disfigurements that each had. There is the bad alpha, the overprotective brothers, and each one’s chat group of friends. The story is one of finding love in spite of each character not being perfect. Love conquered all in this story as it was feelings and emotions that built the love each one had for the other.

I have wanted Doc to get a mate since he was first mentioned in previous stories. I knew his story would be good. I loved how sweet and understanding Ottis was, and I'm enjoying how the omegas in Cartfalls seem to have runaway mouths. They cannot seem to stop the word vomit that comes out of their mouths. They are hilarious and keep you highly entertained.

i waited so long for this book, I had to get it a few days early on their Patreon. It was amazing, like all the others. The alphas in these stories really like consensual kidnapping, though. :)
This is a great book if you are looking for 2 people who eventually get over their scars and find love in each other. Plus lots of sex and knoting.

Ottis and Doc

After recovering from his ex, Ottis just wants a little peace and quiet from his Alpha brothers. He loves them, but they can be a bit overbearing. Doc has scars. He despairs of never having an Omega of his own. When he gets the bright idea of kidnapping an Omega, he gets more than he bargained for with Ottis, who doesn’t seem to mind it at all.
A sweet and knotty story with love and some action!

Doc has been a character who has intrigued me from previous book. Someone who has his own past and hides away, Ottis calls to Doc on a cellular level and Doc would do anything to help the a who is just like him.
In each other they find comfort and a future neither of them truly expected.
A story of overcoming past hurts, charming carts, heat and knotting, adorable babies and Ms Winehearts humour.
A fantastic addition to the series.
