This book had a lot of wonderful insights into what it means to be a worship leader in a contemporary church setting. Between the personal anecdotes and more "theological" (I don't think that's the right word, but we'll go with it) pieces based in scripture, it provided a very well-rounded view on worship with a lot of great takeaways that can be applied to both personal and congregational worship.
