Eliza’s Enforcer is coming… and nothing will be the same after it.
The duet concludes in Book 8 of The Lost Sirens Series, where the fallout from Oblivion’s Siren ignites a war that can’t be undone. Secrets will surface. Loyalties will snap. And love will be tested against power, fate, and the brutal rules of the underworld.
Because when a siren is claimed… someone always comes to collect.

Eliza’s Enforcer is the 8th book in the Lost Siren series by Stephanie Hudson, and it picks up right where book 7, Oblivion’s Siren, left off. This installment is much faster paced with more happening than the previous book. Like I’ve said in my past reviews, I feel like the first part of every "duology" in this series is the world building and setting up for the action and that was definitely true here. Oblivion, like all the other King’s Enforcers, takes what he wants when he wants it. I’ve always loved the Enforcers, and Lord Wyedari Oblivion is no different. However, Eliza was a frustrating character for me. I really struggled with the miscommunication trope in this one, if she would have just stopped and talked instead of running, a lot could have gone better. I felt like so much more could have taken place in the story if she wasn’t always on the move. Bo (the Kobalos demon Eliza summoned) tried to help, of course, but he didn't really help much. He was the cause for a lot of the insecurities but he was one of my favorites and I love the friendship Eliza created with him. The real enemy was a bit of a twist for me. I definitely did not see that coming. The "problem" caused by this enemy was big but the fix was too easy. I didn't feel the fear or unease that I should have. I love Stephanie Hudson and how she creates these beautiful, scary worlds, but this book frustrated me slightly. I didn't quite feel the connection between Wye and Eliza. I understand the instant attraction because of the fates, but I wish I felt it more. I loved most of all the side characters and would love to get a chance for their story since not much developed in this one. That being said, this book sets up the characters for a possible future that I am excited to read about. Lord Tarik Walder still needs to find his siren, and Kiki is such an entertaining character. Plus, I'm looking forward to Torin and Eliza’s sister. I am excited to see where Stephanie Hudson takes us next! I am truly sad that i am giving this a 3 star.
This is book eight in the series and the duet for book seven. In book seven, Eliza Shadowmere meets Lord Wye Oblivion through work and a marketing plan. Eliza does not understand their connection. Oblivion, however, knows that she is his fated mate. He just doesn’t understand why Eliza keeps running. Oh and Eliza also summoned a Kobalos demon that she calls Bo.
So this book, second part should be labelled Eliza’s confusion. It was frustrating to read because Eliza never took a moment to speak with Oblivion before running or making a rash decision. Had she not learned from the first book? Bo, the lower level demon, keeps telling Eliza that she cannot be with Oblivion because she is a mere mortal and it is forbidden. Whilst Oblivion does not mention this possibility because there are special circumstances that allow them to be together when it is fated mates. At the end, I did not feel like Eliza changed.
Sooooo, loved Oblivion and this is the second enstalment to that story. I read the other lost siren stories a while back and might need to do a re-read because this one seemed to end a little too quickly for my liking, almost like the ending was rushed which I don't remember from the previous lost siren books. Regardless, it was still a fantastic read as always. The twists and turns keep coming which I can only assume will lead to a big reveal later on down the line. Another set of loveable characters, Bo should definately meet Pip and Percy, think of the chaos they'd cause!! Love how Eliza fought back and didn't just take everything lying down which made Oblivion fall in love with her even more and also the introduction of possibly the next enforcer who will meet his fated mate.
Most all of Stephanie's books are 5 star reads for me but this one fell a little flatter than the others so unfortunately this one gets 4 🌟
Oblivion's Siren and Eliza's Enforcer are the latest books in the Lost Siren series and belong together. Those interested only in the individual love story can (currently) read each duology independently of the other books in the series.
Eliza's Enforcer seamlessly follows on from Oblivion's Siren. This part is slightly darker than the first. Eliza attracts the attention of an enemy here, and Bo also seems to be not as harmless as initially assumed.
I always enjoy how Stephanie brings her different hells to life. And once again, she did it in a way that was extremely creative.
Stephanie Hudson has done it once again!! If you're looking for a dark paranormal fantasy romance, then this is the author you need to check out!!
All the Lost Siren books have been a fantastic read and this 2nd instalment for Eliza did not disappoint.
Honestly the next enforcer cannot come quick enough, I'm hopeful it's going to be Tarik, he was introduced nicely. I'm also curious about Eliza's sister too, I hope she gets her story told as spin off.
I love everything Stephanie writes and once again she has proved me right. With twists and turns and a great story this book was so easy to read that I lost track of time. A very enjoyable book. Can't wait for the next Enforcer
The twist and turns and excitement! Holy cow this was awesome! So loved Bo! He was funny and definitely made you laugh at the things he said. Can’t wait for the next Enforcers books.
I cannot get enough of these books. The story of Wyedari and Eliza Shadowmere was exciting and beautifully written. All the characters blended so well to make this story so breathe taking. I could not put it down. A definite must read.
Once again this was absolutely incredible and I was drawn into this universe so much. Oblivion and Eliza may have had a long journey but getting to see them get their happy ending was definitely worthwhile!
As always for this was one I couldn't stop myself from reading this book I really enjoyed getting to know this new enforcer and his Siren. Can't wait for the next one.😍😍😍😍😍
Of course, I loved the conclusion to this duet. Stephanie Hudson never disappoints, and I loved the banter with these two so much! Lord Oblivion/Wye became my favorite enforcer!
