Heidi wrote an emotional, bear-all story about her experience with sibling abuse. Despite the short memoir, it covers her childhood, the journey and realization of what she truly experienced, and her efforts to face it, accept it, grow from it, and help educate others. It’s a small but impactful book and I believe it would be an asset to anyone who was in a similar situation. I for one found it helpful to see a family member of mine in a different point of view and to have more empathy for them.
