Salads are healthy, yet without having a variety of recipes it can become quite mundane to eat it every day. That's why I was looking for a proper recipe book - and found one. I haven't been able to try out all of the recipes - there's simply too many of them packed into this book - but the few that I've experimented with over the last week tasted amazing. If you're a salad-lover, you will for sure love this book.
