Lots of info and a touching personal story
Ms. Schweizer begins her excellent book by recounting her harrowing personal story, which must have been both painful and cathartic to relive. The rest of the book is a cornucopia of helpful information and resources. This book is a richly rewarding addition to the scant literature around MCAS. As someone recently diagnosed with MCAS, I’m very grateful for Ms. Schweizer’s willingness to share her journey—and what she learned along the way.
