This book is short and sweet. To the point. It's a bit too simplistic for my taste, but I recommend it to anyone at the beginning of their road to self-esteem, especially the younger audience.
It's written by the man who has been there and done that. He may not have PhDs in front of his name, but he has something more valuable- experience and compassion.
Reading this book you won't be overwhelmed by the long list of complicated assignments, the author presents just several techniques which worked for him. And that's great. He shares his personal story in a way that allows you to relate to him.
I think finding the correlation between your stories is the only sharable method of borrowing from someone else's experience. You will find it in "Climbing to Higher Self-Esteem".
