This book take one thru some of the common causes of go blood pressure. It also touched on each drug and there chemistry and what they do to the body. There is a section on fasting and the safe way to do it.
I am taking an interest in finding out how the body works and what causes specific conditions to arise and how they can be prevented or alleviated. I found this book informative and straight forward to read. It gives one a fundamental understanding of the working so the body and how how several issues could be the cause of the problem, but the "condition" can be managed with good diet, good breathing and exercise (preferably walking, unless given the go ahead by your MD).
I knew some of it, but is straight forward and simplified way of explaining the condition, helped to put things in perspective.
It's also only a few pages long and not difficult to read.
