Red Lines is the perfect sequel to Finding Haven. After finishing the first book, I immediately jumped into Red Lines to see how Haven and Evan adjusted from small beach town life to big city living.
In Red Lines, Evan Carlson decides to take on a coveted movie role. At the same time, Haven signs a contract with an Austin music label to write songs for a famous artist. Both of their jobs force Evan and Haven to spend a ton of time apart, and to add to that, the paparazzi is having a field day coming up with rumors on their relationship. As Evan and Haven weather the storm of these recent challenges, they have to continually ask whether they can make their relationship work under this pressure cooker.
Throughout the story, I simply adored Evan. He is a ‘wear-your-heart-on-your-sleeves’ kind of guy. I admired is openness about his feelings and intentions in the relationship. Honesty and loyalty flowed out in spades for this character! His passion for Haven was clear, so I rooted him on throughout the book.
I’ve really liked Haven from the beginning of this story, but in this installment I sensed her insecurity in the relationship and hesitation to take certain steps forward with Evan. I can’t even imagine what it takes to maintain a high profile relationship with a famous actor, so I appreciated her sense of cautiousness.
Overall, this book was full of chemistry, minimal dramatics and engaging characters. Fun read that kept me entertained.

Red Lines picks up right where we left Haven & Evan – on a plane heading for Texas. Their relationship is so new – they’ve just gotten over a huge shock – and now they’re really going to try to make this work…but can they? Will Evan’s fame tear them apart? YOU’LL JUST HAVE TO SEE.
Evan gets picked up for the movie Red Lines which unsurprisingly stars Emmy, the great hollywood ex-girlfriend, as the leading lady. The concept of the movie is very…uhhh…..fiftyesque, which clearly causes some challenges. Evan attempts to stay professional, but he’s really worried that he can’t commit himself to the part because it would be like cheating on Haven – and he won’t do that. I loved that he was so concerned about Haven’s feelings – you could totally feel the love.
Haven is staying in Texas to continue building her songwriting career. She’s left alone a lot because of Evan’s filming and has to create a new life for herself in a new place in a new high profile relationship… it’s a lot and she doesn’t always handle the pressure well. It was hard to watch Haven struggle to build this life that she’s always dreamed of having – and then when shit goes down at home, I was so crushed for her. BUT deep down she is strong and confident & I loved it when she finally takes charge and says what she wants – and needs.
This sequel gave me exactly what I was hoping for. Evan is once again the sweetest man ever to walk the planet and I loved his surprises and affection. He’s also loyal to a fault, which is extremely attractive. In related news, I wanted to rip Emmy’s face off for most of this book – I’m not sure if she’s really just a bitch or if she’s just vapid. Either way, TA Foster gives us a fantastic villain to loathe!
I wished there was a litttttle bit more detail right before the time jump ending, but overall that wasn’t really an issue for me. Between the secret spot by the lake and the birthday surprises, Evan had me swooning. There are also some really really hot scenes to look forward to!! It’s a surprise Evan & Haven keep their clothes on for any portion of this book – I’m pretty sure that if it was up to Evan, Haven would be naked in every scene. ;)
There’s plenty of heat & plenty of plot to keep you flipping the pages. I’m so excited to have found this story & author! This is a really sweet story with a fantastic HEA. Love this series!!

When I first got the chance to review Red Lines by T.A. Foster I couldn't wait. I thought that this book was a standalone as it was never mentioned anywhere that this book was actually a sequel to Finding Haven. Luckily I had already read Finding Haven, or I think I would have been a bit lost when it came to the relationship between Evan and Haven. If you haven't already read Finding Haven, I would definitely recommend starting there before you read Red Lines. While I was excited to see more of Haven and Evan after learning this was a sequel, I was left feeling pretty ho hum about the whole thing and this wasn't what I was expecting at all.
Red Lines picks up after the events of Finding Haven with Evan and Haven back together after their break-up. Though both Evan and Haven are happy to be back together, they quickly realize that leaving Perry Island will change things between them. Evan is headed to Hollywood after landing the lead role in the film version of Red Lines, the famous book series. Haven is staying at Evan's place in Austin, Texas while she pursues a career writing songs for a record label and for Evan's famous singer friend Carly. While Evan and Haven might be back together, they will have to face the distance between them as well as the pressures of the media and the constant speculation on Evan's personal life. Will the love Evan and Haven share be enough to survive their careers?
I was glad that Evan and Haven were back together in this book, but I felt like their relationship just didn't have the same feel as before. I know that they were facing completely different issues this time around, but it just felt like it had lost it's sparkle. Evan was off in Hollywood filming, and I was glad that he was faithful to Haven. He didn't seem to ever be tempted, and I was really glad that he never went there. But he also didn't really seem to think about what his role would put Haven through, and I felt like he never really discussed everything that would entail for her. She didn't know the business like he did, and I felt like that should have been his responsibility. I also thought that it was really soon after their reconciliation, and I wish we had seen more of these two together first. Haven was still the same and I thought she was easy to like. I wanted to see more of her with Evan and them settling into life together. I understood why she didn't want to rush things between them, and I really admired that about her. She could have easily taken everything that Evan was offering, but I was glad that she stayed true to herself. These two still had chemistry, and I felt it when they were around one another. But I really missed the connection between them this time around, and I didn't feel quite the same level of heat as before.
I also thought that there were a lot of things that were brought up only to be dropped, and a lot of other opportunities that were missed. I really expected Emmy to make things difficult on Evan after the way she was in the first book, and she did have her super flirty moments that I thought would lead to ulterior motives. But they never went anywhere, and I just found it unrealistic. I also didn't like that Evan's housekeeper Marta was pretty rude to Haven and that was dropped even after Haven said something to Evan. What was the point or her being bitchy if it was never dealt with? Same thing went for his new manager/agent. He pretty much accused Haven of horrible things and then it just went away with Evan's promise to deal with him. I just felt like the conflicts in this story weren't really dealt with. Drama would happen and then it all just disappeared. It really made this book seem to have been drug out for no reason, and I am honestly not really sure why there was even a second book. While it was nice to see more of these characters, I felt like this could have easily been done in a novella or and extended epilogue to Finding Haven. I just didn't understand the point of this book really when nothing seemed to really happen and there was very little story advancement. I think if you liked Finding Haven that you might give this one a shot, and that readers will enjoy more of Evan and Haven. But this one just missed the mark for me, and it didn't really seem to add much to Evan and Haven's story.

Romance and Fantasy for Cosmopolitan Girls
Non mi piace mai criticare un libro, considerando quanto lavoro c'è dietro alla stesura di un romanzo, ma questo è quello che penso: Red Lines è un libro mediocre.
Tengo a precisare che si tratta del secondo volume di una mini serie. Il primo libro, che verrà recensito più avanti, è decisamente meglio.
Veniamo al dunque. Cosa non mi è piaciuto di questo libro? La trama. Il personaggio maschile, Evan, è una Movie Star, molto famoso, richiestissimo a Hollywood, desiderato da ogni donna. Peccato per tutte le donne che svengono ai suoi piedi, ma Evan ha trovato l'amore con Heaven, una ragazza conosciuta in una fuga di crisi da stress da lavoro l'estate scorsa, ma di questo si parlerà nella recensione del primo libro.
Evan, non ancora trentenne, nonostante fosse in dubbio se proseguire o mettere in stand-by la sua carriera cinematografica, accetta di interpretare il protagonista del famoso libro erotico, successo in tutte le librerie, Red Lines. Vi suona vagamente familiare??? Si....anche a me. Già possiamo constatare che l'originalità non è il forte dell'autrice.
Il libro ruota alla storia d'amore dei due protagonisti, appena consolidata e messa subito alla prova dalla distanza, perché Evan deve trascorrere diversi mesi a Los Angeles, per le riprese del film, lasciando Heaven da sola nel suo enorme ranch nel Texas, anche se troverà il tempo per qualche sporadica visita. Ci si metteranno di mezzo le scene di nudo che deve interpretare con la sua avvenente ex fidanzata a complicare ulteriormente questa relazione. Gelosia e distanza non sono il massimo per due giovani innamorati. Saranno inoltre vittime di continui agguati da parte dei paparazzi, golosi di scoop sulla coppia più discussa d'America e sul film più atteso dell'anno.
Heaven, nel frattempo, cerca di realizzare il suo sogno di scrittrice di testi musicali firmando un contratto con una casa discografica a Austin e collaborando con la sua cantante preferita.
Si ritrova per la prima volta lontana da casa, Perry Island - North Carolina, tutta sola in una casa estranea, alle prese con l'esperienza lavorativa che potrebbe cambiare radicalmente il suo futuro.
Nel frattempo Evan comprende che un rapporto a distanza con Heaven non è ciò che vuole. Si ritiene ormai soddisfatto del suo livello di popolarità e dei suoi successi. Recitare gli piace ma sarà pronto a rinunciarvi per mettere radici con Heaven? Dall'altra parte, la ragazza, seppur innamorata della star, riuscirà ad adeguarsi a questi nuovi ritmi, dividendo il suo ragazzo con il resto del mondo ogni volta che l'abbandona per girare un nuovo film?
Un altro aspetto che non mi ha particolarmente entusiasmato, sono proprio i personaggi. Di rado mi è capitato di non sentirmi coinvolta dalle loro personalità, le loro storie e i loro coinvolgimenti amorosi ma la realtà è questa. Per questa coppia non ho sentito le proverbiali "farfalle nello stomaco".
L'inglese è discretamente facile da seguire ma lo stile poco fluido e certi aspetti andavano analizzati più approditamente, anche se la scrittrice si è prodigata in lunghe descrizioni di ragionamenti mentali dei protagonisti. L'ho trovato povero in altri punti, come la progressiva crescita del rapporto tra Heaven e Evan, i loro sogni per il futuro sia lavorativo che di coppia.
Detto ciò, questa è la mia pura e semplice opinione personale. Vi invito a leggere il romanzo e farvene una propria. Lo consiglio per una lettura da sotto l'ombrellone, è perfetta in quanto non ci sono situazioni emotivamente struggenti, a parte qualche sporadico episodio di scarso interesse ai fini della trama.

With Haven's music career and Evan's ranch drawing both to Austin, Texas, the two end up spending more time together, stitching up their fragile relationship. But when Evan agrees to play the lead in Red Lines, a Fifty Shades of Grey-esque movie alongside ex-girlfriend Emmy Harper, those new seams will be stretched to their limit. And it's not just kinky, naked movie scenes that pull the couple apart. Family drama, a new talent at Blue Steel Records, and time apart all play guest-starring roles.
Plot
New relationships are hard enough without everything else Haven and Evan have going on in their busy lives. As the two try to find alone-time in a house full of support staff, the paparazzi camp out front, trying to catch a glimpse of the aspiring songwriter who broke up Hollywood "it" couple "Emvy." The main plot centers around the obstacles that Evan and Haven need to overcome to be together, and there are a lot of them. But there are also good subplots involving Haven's family back on Perry Island, Evan's family, and Haven's career. They're all woven well together, strengthening the main plot.
World Building
The switch from laid-back Perry Island to the eternally-weird city of Austin is really well done. Between Evan's ranch and the city life itself, T.A. Foster manages to create both tranquility on the ranch and a hustle and bustle in the city, with her action flowing naturally from the setting. Although I would have loved a little more time on Sixth Street, I get that the gritty, dusty, sprawling ranch is home.
The other aspect of world building that really came alive is the set of Red Lines. Living in southern California, it's impossible not to know at least one person in "the business." I know several, so I'm always highly critical of books set in that world when the author hasn't done his or her homework. But T.A. Foster does a great job of creating an authentic world, including long, boring days of table reads, hot set lights, too much makeup, and huge crews making love scenes feel anything but intimate. Although secretly I would have loved a shout out to the great work that costumers do (right, Meredith?).
Characters
Haven and Evan are still the main characters and even though I already knew them coming into Red Lines, I feel like I know them better now. The addition of singer/songwriter Carly Stone and Evan's ranch staff provide more conflict and interesting characters for Evan and Haven to interact with in new ways.
Top Five Things I Enjoyed About Red Lines
1. Haven. She stays true to herself and I love it. It would be so easy for her to get wrapped up in the world Evan lives in, but she's a Perry Island girl through and through.
2. Emvy. Because, seriously, that's one the best "ship" names I've heard in awhile.
3. Birthday Surprise. I won't give anything away. and though I saw it coming, it was still really amazing and I could picture the entire thing.

Plot
New relationships are hard enough without everything else Haven and Evan have going on in their busy lives. As the two try to find alone-time in a house full of support staff, the paparazzi camp out front, trying to catch a glimpse of the aspiring songwriter who broke up Hollywood "it" couple "Emvy." The main plot centers around the obstacles that Evan and Haven need to overcome to be together, and there are a lot of them. But there are also good subplots involving Haven's family back on Perry Island, Evan's family, and Haven's career. They're all woven well together, strengthening the main plot.
World Building
The switch from laid-back Perry Island to the eternally-weird city of Austin is really well done. Between Evan's ranch and the city life itself, T.A. Foster manages to create both tranquility on the ranch and a hustle and bustle in the city, with her action flowing naturally from the setting. Although I would have loved a little more time on Sixth Street, I get that the gritty, dusty, sprawling ranch is home.
The other aspect of world building that really came alive is the set of Red Lines. Living in southern California, it's impossible not to know at least one person in "the business." I know several, so I'm always highly critical of books set in that world when the author hasn't done his or her homework. But T.A. Foster does a great job of creating an authentic world, including long, boring days of table reads, hot set lights, too much makeup, and huge crews making love scenes feel anything but intimate. Although secretly I would have loved a shout out to the great work that costumers do (right, Meredith?).
Characters
Haven and Evan are still the main characters and even though I already knew them coming into Red Lines, I feel like I know them better now. The addition of singer/songwriter Carly Stone and Evan's ranch staff provide more conflict and interesting characters for Evan and Haven to interact with in new ways.
Top Five Things I Enjoyed About Red Lines
1. Haven. She stays true to herself and I love it. It would be so easy for her to get wrapped up in the world Evan lives in, but she's a Perry Island girl through and through.
2. Emvy. Because, seriously, that's one the best "ship" names I've heard in awhile.
3. Birthday Surprise. I won't give anything away. and though I saw it coming, it was still really amazing and I could picture the entire thing.

Evan Carlson has it all. He has the girl he loves and an offer to star as Dexter Red in the hottest movie of the year, the one that will make him an even bigger star. Haven has a songwriting contract and the man she loves. The relationship they began on Perry Island isn't over--but Evan and Haven have to figure out a few things if they are going to make it work.
With Evan away in Hollywood shooting a provocative movie with his ex, they both have to put up with a lot of gossipy press, paparazzi and being apart for the next three months. It isn't easy on them. T.A. Foster does an excellent job of building the tension over all these external situations. I loved the beginning of this because of how well done Ms. Foster captures the conflict between home and work life.
When the tables are turned and Haven comes under the scrutiny of the gossip magazines, tensions escalate to the point of breaking. I loved how Haven stood her ground on this particular matter, and that Evan must make a choice himself about the importance of their relationship.
And that's what Red Lines is really about, how two people navigate a new relationship challenged by long distance, fame and family issues. Evan and Haven must decide where their relationship falls among their many commitments and their very public lives. This was a fabulous theme to this story and I really liked it.
Even though the conflicts are settled quickly and the drama isn't stretched out for chapters, Red Lines had just enough conflict to make it interesting and Evan is quite skilled in convincing Haven to stay and is a lovely follow-up to Finding Haven.
While Red Lines didn't pack the punch I expect with a five-star read, I loved reading about Evan and Haven's continuing relationship and the challenges they face to make it work beyond Perry Island. T.A.Foster delivered the happily-ever-after in her usual style, with just the right amount of drama and plenty of love to triumph over the bumps in the road.

RED LINES is the continuation of the story started in FINDING HAVEN and literally picks up minutes where the first book ended. We see Haven and Evan on the way to Austin, Haven to begin her life long dream of a career in the music industry, and Evan to make decisions about his future in Hollywood. When they leave the Island, everything is filled with a fresh start that is riddled with emotions and fears. Can these two truly make it in the real world in the constant spotlight of the paparazzi and the world or will it be too much for their new romance? This story is filled with ups and downs, giving the reader a depiction of what it might be like to attempt a romantic relationship with a major movie star.
This book has all the components of a classic romance. It has two people from complete different worlds. It has drama and the pull of other romantic interests. It has larger than life themes and situations. It has love, lust, and spicy moments. It has self doubt, fear, and defining moments. It is a good book that will give fans of FINDING HAVEN a glimpse into the “ever after” of Evan and Haven’s story. It is not all smooth sailing. They must learn to trust each other in an industry full of lies and illusions.
I felt like the struggle that Haven feels is real. Evan lands a huge role that will define his career and is immediately swept away to film the movie. There are rumors in the tabloids and lies in the press about his love life, ones that Haven must learn to overlook and guard her heart from. She is attempting to make her way in the music industry and she is learning that not all people can be trusted. Her naivety about the realm of famous is well written and her learning process is well portrayed.
As with all T.A. Foster books, the romance is what romance readers want. It has moments of passion, as well as sweet, meaningful ones. There is a process of learning to build trust and understanding in the new world around them that these two must filter through. A desire to protect and claim is a huge theme within this story. Two characters from polar opposite worlds come together and show the reader, in a cliche but sweet way, that love will keep them together and against the odds they are in this to the end.

When I first read the synopsis to this book I hadn’t read the first book in the series, Finding Haven. But this synopsis sucked me in so I had to go buy the first one and get the whole picture. And the picture was completely worth it.
Evan Carlson is flying back to his ranch in Texas with the love of his life. He wasn’t sure that she would forgive him for lying about who he was and when she did he knew he would do anything to keep her. Haven has finally gotten the meeting she has always wanted. She gets to work with one of her favorite singers, and she has Evan. The only problem is she doesn’t know if she is ready to handle the press. She almost fell apart on Perry Island and now the minute she departs the plane Haven is bombarded with questions. Evan and Haven had an amazing relationship hiding on Perry Island. Now they are going to find out if it is strong enough to handle a huge movie and the press that comes along with dating a movie star.
I loved meeting Haven and Evan in Finding Haven but I think that I loved this book even more. It was the happily ever after you wanted from this couple. There were ups and downs. There was drama and life defining moments. I loved every minute. Haven had to really work through her insecurities and learn how to love everything about someone. She had to learn how to love the quiet moments as well as the loud, chaotic ones. Evan really had to look at his life and find out what he wanted. Did he want to be a huge actor living his life on the road or living it with his family and Haven.
This book was another great one written by T.A. Foster. Haven and Evan had a relationship that you couldn’t help but root for and love. Even though this romance was fiction I couldn’t help but fall into it as if it was real. The character all seemed like real people, with real problems. As always the writing was great and the flow and pace of the story line really worked. I don’t know if it’s because I just saw 50 Shades of Grey but I can’t help see how this could be Jamie’s life. It was pretty fun seeing the resemblance in the two. I loved this book and would definitely recommend it to readers who love movie star romances.

Red Lines was the next book about Evan and Haven, you can read the beginning of there story in Finding Haven which we will be doing a blog tour for later this month! I would give this book a 4 stars and recommend to everyone. This story does pick up right where Finding Haven ended. I wont give away to much with this review because you truly have to read this first book to fully understand this book. There is another book in this series that shows more of Evans story called Cover Spell. Unfortunately for me I didn't realize this book was not a standalone when I started reading it but I feel if you read at least Finding Haven you will not be lost. That being said you will fall in love with Evan and Haven and will be itching for more! These are the first books I have read by T.A. Foster but she has made a big fan out of me and I will follow for a long time to come!

My Golden Reads Review of Red Lines
You must read Blurred Lines before Red Lines. For some odd reason I didn’t know this when I first signed on to read the arc. Hey not every day is a stellar brain day. So I quickly read through Blurred Lines and moved onto Red Lines. They are both quick reads if you can get into them which I seemed to have a problem doing.
Book two (Red Lines) starts off immediately were the first book left off. Haven was leaving her home to visit Austin and work on her songs with the music company she just signed a contract with.
Evan was leaving the island after Haven wouldn’t see him and gave her the space she wanted. When they saw each other on the ferry they finally talked and by the time the ride was over they were back together again.
Life was not easy for these two with Haven’s career starting in Austin while Evan was off in L.A. filming his erotic movie with his ex. Haven knew nothing about the entertainment industry or how things were run in Hollywood. Would they be able to survive the tabloid rumors? Especially when Evan and Emmy were pretending to have rekindled their romance to keep Haven out of the spotlight.
For me I just didn’t connect and couldn’t get into the story and the epilogue was lacking for me. Yes, I rarely feel like an epilogue gives me what I want but this was one didn’t give me any closure to their lives. I wanted more and I felt that very little had changed in their relationship even with the time passage that had occurred.

Can there relationship last now that they have left the island?
I really enjoyed this follow up book. I am so glad that T A Foster decided to continue the story. Evan is a so loyal and despite Haven’s insecurities they both seem to fight for their relationship. I didn’t know at first what to make of Emmy’s characters but she was you typical book bitch that you wanted to just go away. There was plenty of steamy scenes in the book especially when they rehearsed Evan’s film scenes!!!! There was great chemistry between Haven and Evan. The story had a good pace. I did feel that the ending felt a little rushed but I really like the ending. It was a perfect ending to their story.
Overall another great read from T.A Foster that I would highly recommend reading after Finding Haven.

Red Lines by T.A. Foster is the second book about Haven and Evan and it is recommended that you read the first book, Finding Haven first as this jumps right in with their return from Perry Island, NC and relative obscurity to the limelight of Evan's career and the paparazzi.
A sometime funny, sometimes sad, always romantic read that is told in dual POV's and deals with their return to society and fame. Evan has just accepted a massive movie deal and haven has signed on to write songs for a famous band. Can their relationship stand that test of time, distance, and public scrutiny?
T.A. Foster brings it again. And by it I mean the tension, the angst and the passion. Evan is a sweetheart in love and Haven is unsure of how to handle the fame but these two characters will endear themselves to you.

Although this book can be classified as a standalone, Having read FINDING HAVEN really gave me great insight into the characters and solidified the idea that Haven and Evan were perfect for each other.
Things were a little more laid back, even with the major obstacles that threatened to tear them apart, and I wasn't so sure if being thrown into the spotlight again would be something Haven could handle. Add to that the fact that Evan would be working closely and quite intimately with his ex, I was just waiting for the moment when Haven would fall apart, or realize this wasn't the life she signed up for. So, it was quite a surpise when she was the one who held it together, and Evan was the one he was so insecure.
This book was filled with fun, romantic moments that took me back to Perry Island along with Haven and Evan. I enjoyed sharing these special moments with them, and building new ones that helped them through the tough times and strengthened their relationship. 3.5 stars for this sequel!
Celebrity is a tricky thing. So much of what we see in the media is created by PR people to project a certain image or as a marketing ploy. It's hard to forget that real people are behind all of the tabloids, stories, and pictures. I can't imagine trying to have a normal relationship within all of that chaos.
Haven and Evan are doing the best that they can, but the media and PR people are determined to throw everything they can at them to make their lives difficult. This is probably the rockiest part of their journey. As the story moves between Haven and Evan, I want to smack both of them at one point or another, for being so crazy. Despite their craziness, you know that they are meant to be together and are rooting for them the entire way.
Like the first book in this series, I found this book to be pretty predictable. I didn't like it quite as much as the first one, but I still enjoyed it a lot.
I know that it says this book can be read as a standalone, but I think you will get more out of it if you first read 'Finding Haven.'

Red Lines continues on with the story of movie star Evan Carlson and his non famous, now girlfriend Havan. They met and fell in love in a beach town in NC and now they have to move off the little island where they met and face Evan's real movie star world. It is not an easy transition for anyone involved.
Evan is slated to star in the newest and biggest movie (think 50 Shades) and his ex will be his co star. Havan is moving to Texas for her new songwriting career. Needless to say, their relationship is not going to be easy with all of the complications the couple is facing. It is tough being in any relationship. When you add living in separate states and jealousy, things get really complicated.
There was a lot of up and downs in this story. I really felt for Havan when it dealt with her parents and their own relationship mess. Poor Havan could not catch a break.
After reading Red Lines, I am hoping there is another book in this series because I didn't feel like this is the end for Evan and Havan.

This was book two in a series, following Finding Haven. I had not read book one but I feel like book two explains enough that you can read it as a stand alone. You just get more backstory if you read both. SO I will most likely go back and read Finding Haven. I HAD read a couple of other T.A. Foster books before. And this one was like those, its a pretty quick and easy read. Not too deep, but with enough plot to keep the story going.

Evan has taken on a huge movie role and Haven is writing songs for a music star. At the same time they are dealing with paparazzi and relationship rumors, they are also dealing with having to spend so much time apart from each other. They both wonder if they can make it through the challenges of this part of being together.
I so loved Evan. He is just super sweet and is all about being in love with Haven. Haven is suffering through some insecurities and hesitates to move forward because of them. She isn't sure she can handle the public part of their relationship. You can't help but want these two to find their happily ever after. They have such chemistry. I loved their story.
I give Red Lines 4 hearts!

I think it is best to read Finding Haven before reading Red Lines to fully understand Evan and Haven's relationship. As we continue their story, Evan is in Los Angeles starring in a Fifty Shades type movie with his ex-girlfriend, Emmy and Haven in Austin writing songs. I expect to have a lot of drama caused by Emmy, but that never happened. There is some tension between Evan and Haven caused by their separation and the tabloids, but nothing explosive. Fans of the Finding Haven will enjoy the happy ending.

Red Lines was a wonderful follow up to Finding Haven. The next chapter for Evan and Haven has them dealing with life away from Perry Island. As Evan and Haven deal with following career dreams, we are right there with them wanting to see the twists and turns in their relationship.
It was great to see the growth in Evan and Haven’s relationship. I really liked that Evan was a constant throughout Haven’s insecurity. T.A. Foster again delivers characters that I want to know and keeps me turning the pages.

I loved Finding Haven and was so excited for Red Lines. Red Lines did not disappoint. It was packed with all the emotion I've come to expect from TA Foster. I really love the journey her characters take and Red Lines took Evan and Haven on a love filled adventure with so many ups and downs. It was beautifully written and I loved the book.

Funny, easy, summer read.
I was a big fan of Finding Haven and this was a perfect companion to the first book. It shows the real and plausible problems/ interactions between a "normal" girl and her superstar boyfriend.

This was not my favorite book. It read very slow and the plot was kind of predictable. It was a good story though.
