I had always known moving to Eilé would be dangerous, and that I might die some strange, unnatural death. Mostly, I imagined eventually being hunted down by Mikael and Moira for another game of sacrifice the Lorehnin girl. Who would have thought I’d go out like this? A living, breathing lightning rod, calmly accepting my fate like some maiden meekly submitting to her martyrdom. I almost snorted. I guess I could start kicking and screaming if I wanted to. Then again, it might be nice to die with some dignity intact.

A few scant months ago Robyn Dunbarre, with the help of Devlin O’Brolaigh, managed to escape the claws of a sadistic Otherworldly mage with her life barely intact. Now living in Eilé, Robyn is eager to track down her Lorehnin roots. Devlin believes they should start searching among the Amsíhría, the women of the Otherworld with the power to appease Eilé’s wild, and sometimes volatile, weather.

On their journey to the Amsíhr Mountains, Robyn and Devlin visit Luathara Castle. The time spent with Meghan and Cade is meant to be a calm and relaxing break from their recent trouble in the mortal world, but Robyn soon learns that not all has been peaceful in Eilé either, and that the stubborn well of her own Lorehnin magic is finally ready to leave its mark on the Otherworld.

Ok, first of all, I LOVE this world. I enjoy every book about it and will continue to read every one. I have thoroughly enjoyed Robin and Devlin with their new story. Thankfully this one has an explanation at the end, which allows me to not give it a 3, but a 4. This was supposed to be a novella, but she couldn't keep it that short and I'm ok with that. I love the detail and what happened. That being said, it is just an in-between resting moment before getting back into the big story. I am soooo excited for the continuation of this fascinating world and the fabulous, colorful characters that inhabit it. I am looking forward to reading about where Robin came from and where she heads from here. Such a good book, but it doesn't really go anywhere, but it gives you more insight into our favorite characters.

Robyn's story picks up a month after Lorehnin ends. It is a day before they begin their journey to visit Meghan and Cade at Luathara,  before heading to the Ashmire Mountains to learn of her heritage and hopefully find her mother.
Robyn's anxiousness regarding her unique magic and whether it will ever do her bidding grows daily. She was simply meant to live with Devlin and Enorah, Cade's sister, in the Wield. I have to admit that the more that is discovered of just how unique Robyn and her magic may be, the less I want her to go to Amsihr.  I'm starting to believe she was left in the mortal world for a good reason and things are going to be a little crazy.

I was uber excited about venturing into Eilé again and ecstatic about seeing Meghan and Cade.  Eilé has become a place of terror instead of the peace I had imagined after Cade and Meghan's HEA ending. Everyone is always tense and on their toes for the continous strings of catastrophe.  Regardless,  if you've missed Meghan and Cade as much as I have then you have to read this! They are in the story far more than I had anticipated.  Is this girl complaining? Not for one second!

This novella is more lengthy than it had originally been planned. Yet, something else you won't find me complaining over. It only means Jenna Elizabeth Johnson couldn't help including some nice surprises for her reader's.  It's a great little read for Otherworld fans.  I seriously wouldn't think of passing it up!

Robyn never understood until now why she felt different than everyone else. Now that she knows she is Lorehnin she wants to find out more about where she came from. She decides with the help of Devlin that she should move to the Otherworld and search out her ancestors. The Otherworld is a dangerous place for its inhabitants and even more so to Robyn who does not know her powers yet. As a part of her journey she goes to Luathara castle to visit Cade and Meghan only to find out that there is even more trouble brewing than what she thought. While trying to work on her power, find where she comes from, and trying to get some sense of normal back with her friend she will be put to the test. Can she handle Eile and all it has to offer?

I got hooked on the Otherworld series with a free copy of Faelorehn for the Kindle. When I finished it, I immediately purchased the Omnibus edition of the Trilogy. Since then I have been a faithful reader of all things Otherworld. If you have enjoyed the series, you will love this book. Meghan and Cade finally meet up with Robyn and Devlin in Eilé! The story takes place after Lorehnin and largely at Luathara castle. The story is a great mix of adventure and renewed, deepened friendships. Caelihn was a fun read and I am already looking forward to the next Otherworld installment.

This was an enjoyable and enchanting addition to The Otherworld series. The book moved at at slow but enjoyable pace basically reminding us of previous events.

The writer is creative and imaginative - I loved the Tigris and the light litter bugs. She is very descriptive and has created a wonderful world with her stories. The only disappointment I have is that this book fell flat on action.

Meghan, Cade, Robyn and Devlin are reunited and we get an indication of things to come in the next book. I hope the next book is released soon, I love this series.

OUCH!!!

OMG.... Jenna, I loved the book, BUT the end? It was going along so beautifully...the little castle and hot spot, then...warm, BAM thank you Man!!

I waited so long for this to come out and just as everything starting to peak and spike....IT was like.... what, okay apologies...there's more to come. I love all the the Otherworldly series book's, but this book I think fell a bit short of all the others works of art that you have created in the past. I look forward to more of Jenna speaking through her book's as she is a well rounded and diverse Author that delivers!

If you've read the rest of The Otherworld Series this is just what you've been waiting for! Finally Robyn and Devlin's story meets Megan and Cade's. In Caelihn you get a sense of the more personal side of their stories. You'll experience Eile with Robyn for the first time and see what has been going on at Lauthara while Robin and Devlin have been in San Luis Obisbo. By the last page I was dying for more. Great things are clearly yet to come!!!

First off I love this authors books but to be honest this was not her best! I thought there was way to much details on insignificant places and thoughts, with not enough plot or story line. She could have done so much more with Robyn and Meghan's story and visit!

Books of the fae are what I read. These books are so good. I am just dying in anticipation though, I want to know more about Robyn. I'm thankful for the explanation but I was quite surprised it ended so quick.

This book is well written, smooth flowing and easy to read. We met Robyn earlier in the series. After meeting Devlin and trying to help him with his mission, she found out she is Lorehlin (One parent Human and one from Eile). Now, she is ready to move to Eile with Devlin. She wants to find out about where she came from, what her roots/parentage is. She also stops to visit her best friend Meghan at Luthara. She is in for an amazing journey.

I love the book/series and can't wait to see what comes next. The author does an amazing job portraying the characters and their emotions. You feel what the characters do. The imagery is so vivid that you can visualie every scene as if it were right in front of you.

I recommend reading the books in order and recommend it to those who enjoy paranormal / mythology.

This is part of the series of books is Meghan's best friend, Robyn Dunbarre returns to Elie after battling and barely getting away from evil to find out more of her Otherworldly family history. They meet up with Meghan and Cade (from previous books in the series) for a bit of relaxation at their home castle before moving on to exploration of Otherworld further. Meghan still battles her own power as stubborn as herself.
Book #7 of Otherworld series, a great very easy read with a lot of characters you want to continue to get to know!

Otherworld

I truly enjoyed this book. Very rarely does an author give you such a gem and let you see more of the land, the customs, the friendships. The beginning of the rest of the story. Robyn and Devlin finally visit Meghan and Cade at
Luathara. While the weather is growing more destructive, the errant evilness left over from the Morrigan is causing more beasties to gather roaming Kellston and harassing all and sundry. Robyn finally unlocks her glamour only to find far more questions than answers, so it's off to see the Maithar in the mountains.

I really liked Meghan and Cade's story so I was expecting the same for Robyn's story. Overall, I liked this story but I'm not Robyn's biggest fan. I am intrigued by what she might actually be though. I'm grateful for the afterword for revealing not only will Robyn's story continue but also that of Meghan. I'm hoping that a future story will have equal parts of both characters, maybe from multiple perspectives when the time comes to tie everything together.

Love Robyn's POV

I absolutely love Robyn and Devlin's story! And, cannot wait to see where it goes. ;)

I thoroughly enjoy the "Other world Series." I actually came back to it to 're-read, only to find out it had been continued on! It is such a treat to experience this series from multiple characters POV's. It is especially fun how Jenna truly embodies the personalities of each character for not just a chapter, but for entire books!

Thus far, Robyn is my favorite. :)

This series has not had a disappointing moment. Bringing Robyn and Meghan together again for a reunion was so brilliant. I wish I could travel to Eile and live.
