"Forget about forgetting: life is a constant struggle of new learning that strives to coexist with the old. Sometimes it appears to us that old memories have been lost, but Alkon points out that “when they are forgotten, the records are not erased but inhibited."
Book is nice with great strategy for learing or to impart lernings on others. But it feels like things are jumping one place to another. Really need to have patience goibg through the book.
