This story was pretty good, though it is very eastern haremlit. The MC is a virgin, and still hasn't kissed anyone by the end of this book. How sexual it may get in future books is a good question.

The MC is a son of a fisherman that has no expectations of anything other than being a fisherman, when he receives an invitation to a magic school that trains people to fight voidborn. Since his sister was harmed by a voidborn and now is extremely weak from that, he agrees to go see what it is about. Upon arriving, he's assigned a seraphim (angel) as his mentor, and also encounters a succubus that sometimes torments him.

The book is full of awkward moments of a shy young man who has no idea how to interact with the opposite sex. And outside of the succubus, the women are just as shy around him. It's very painful at times to read.

I may read a sequel, but if it will be more of the same eastern harem tropes, I will bail quickly.
