A Soulful Confession, a Steamy Opposites Attract Connection & a Love That Defies All Odds Romance Perfection.
Rich, arrogant men are usually off my list, but there's something about him I can't ignore.
Crashing an elite gala was never supposed to lead me straight into the arms of a broody billionaire who looks at me like I'm already his.
I was invisible. Or so I thought—until he noticed me.
Now stranded with Latino legend Teodoro Whitmore.
Dark, magnetic, and far too tempting. Every moment near him feels like standing too close to the flames. One spark, and I'm engulfed.
He sees me in ways no one ever has, and I finally see the part of him no one else ever will. And in that moment, I realize falling isn't optional—it's inevitable.
Teodoro Whitmore is the kind of obsession that burns like wildfire. Surrendering to him wasn't supposed to be this easy, and getting me back sure as hell won't be either.

I enjoyed reading this book. Opposites attract. Instalove. Billionaire who has never seen real love. And poor Chloe trying to navigate the world she’s thrust into. I love the meet-cute in this book. He assumes she’s someone else. She can’t believe he even wants to talk to her.
My only issue with the book was the break-up. It seemed a bit out of character of Teo. That’s the only fault I had. I wanted to wring his neck, but their reunion is one that will make you sigh along with Chloe.
A Lush, High Drama Romance Filled With Heat and Mystery Stranded and Billionaire Branded is a sweeping, high energy romance that blends luxury, desire, and emotional turmoil. The story begins in a glittering New York gala at the Whitmore Hotel, where Chloe, a romance novelist who feels out of place, meets Teodoro Whitmore, a powerful and magnetic billionaire. Their first interaction is full of tension, flirtation, and sharp banter, and it sets the tone for the rest of the book. The novel moves through a series of vivid settings, from the opulent ballroom to a storm soaked yacht and finally to a mysterious island mansion filled with secrets, celestial books, and hints of the supernatural. The atmosphere is rich and dramatic, and the environments mirror the emotional intensity between the characters. Chloe and Teo share a connection that feels both dangerous and destined. Their chemistry is immediate, and the book does not shy away from passion. The scenes between them are written with bold detail, and the emotional stakes rise as they confront desire, fear, and the influence of Teo’s complicated family dynamics. The idea of twin flames becomes a major theme, shaping Chloe’s understanding of their bond and her journey through heartbreak, self reflection, and growth. The story also explores Teo’s internal conflict, his guilt, and the pressure of legacy. Both characters face external forces that challenge their connection, and the separation that follows leads to a long period of emotional struggle for Chloe. Her healing process, her creative work, and her eventual rediscovery of self worth give the book a strong emotional core. The final act brings the two back together in a reunion filled with regret, honesty, and the possibility of a new beginning. The book closes with a sense of fate, spiritual connection, and the promise of more stories to come in the series. This is a dramatic, sensual, and emotionally charged romance that blends luxury, mystery, and spiritual themes. Readers who enjoy intense chemistry, high society settings, and the idea of destined love will find a lot to enjoy here.
Just finished Stranded & Billionaire Branded by Kandi Kiss. This is not my go to genre, but I thought I would give it a go. This opposites-attract, forced-proximity story has all the ingredients: a crashing-an-elite-gala premise that strands the heroine with a dark, magnetic, arrogant billionaire (Teodoro Whitmore) They have a sizzling chemistry, and a deep emotional connection that sneaks up on you.
The author's talent for vivid, sensory writing. Descriptions like the boat's gentle, melodic cadence rocking in the water made it engaging. The author does capture the characters' thought processes—every doubt, desire, and vulnerability—lets you live inside their heads and hearts. It's a steamy book but has emotional layers and soulful moments make it more than just risqué’.
If you love romance with high stakes, forced proximity, and writing that makes everything feel alive, this one's a winner. Great for Valentines Day!
As someone who reads a lot of romance, especially billionaire stories, Stranded & Billionaire Branded checked a lot of boxes for me. The story centers around a mistaken identity that turns into a forced proximity situation with a broody billionaire, and the chemistry between the characters is immediate.
The dynamic between them keeps things interesting, with a strong mix of tension, attraction, and emotional moments. The stranded setting adds to the intensity and gives the relationship space to develop in a way that fits the fast-paced nature of the story.
It has a solid balance of heat and story, with enough depth to keep you invested while still being an easy, entertaining read. If you enjoy opposites attract, billionaire romance, and strong chemistry, this one is worth picking up.
This was a well-written opposites-attract romance with polished prose and plenty of insight into the characters' thoughts and emotions. The story wasn't a good fit for me personally, but I can certainly see why readers who enjoy introspective romances would appreciate it.
For my tastes, there was simply too much internal monologue and self-reflection and not enough action or relationship-building to keep me fully engaged. Much of the story focused on Chloe's thoughts and feelings about Teo after their night together, and I personally had a difficult time believing the depth of their emotional connection so early in the relationship.
That said, the writing itself was strong, and readers who enjoy character-driven romances with a heavy focus on introspection will likely connect with this story more than I did.
Theodoro heats up the pages with Chloe as their story unfolds. She crashes an elite party and when Theodoro connects with her sparks ignites between them. Stranded together only intensifies the connection. This story jumps off right from the beginning and just keeps going. I was drawn to this couple and their story and watching it unfold had me all caught up in it. Is a well written story with a sizzling storyline and great characters.

For me, this was the perfect short read—funny, engaging, and full of characters getting themselves into delightfully silly situations (never on purpose, of course). The “not quite” chemistry between Chloe and Theodore felt natural and believable, which made their dynamic even more enjoyable. The pacing was spot-on—never rushed, just unfolding at the right rhythm—and I especially loved their witty, often hilarious interactions. If you’re after a light, entertaining read with humor, charm, and a touch of heat, this one’s definitely worth picking up.
Teo is CEO of his father’s company. He did not get along with him. His step brother is a bit jealous that Teo got the CEO position. One night at a gala in his Moms memory, he meets Chloe. It is live at first sight, she is so different from other women he met. After not seeing her for one year, he calls her to talk. In that year of not seeing each other, they both grew. Now is the time to see if they belong together or not.
A dramatic and engaging romance that blends mistaken identity, intense attraction, and emotional growth. Chloe and Teo’s connection feels immediate yet layered, with sparks that deepen through forced proximity. The mix of steamy moments and heartfelt introspection keeps things compelling, even if the pacing occasionally feels rushed. An enjoyable, character-driven escape.
Wild story. Most people would've bailed in that crazy situation. Truth is, she never sought help to deal with her problems. But here's the silver lining - she turned her whole messy life into a killer bestselling book.
I enjoyed Theodoro and Chloe’s story. It’s a very interesting opposites attract romance. Sparks fly immediately and a very unexpected relationship unfolds. A great read.
