I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge and the quality of recipes Deborah Fox has collected. Eating well and making food quickly usually don't go together, which leads to many people skimping out on their work food for the sake of squeezing in more sleep time. This book though isn't just about recipes (it has a whole section with many delicious recipes, though) it's also about getting organized and preparing your food efficiently and smart so you CAN eat well at work. Lots of great tips and planning techniques. I've already been complemented on how good my meals look compared to my other co-workers haha. I also feel better, of course, and it's thanks to eating better and savorier meals.. Five stars!

Thanks Deborah for the spaghetti with tomatoes, tuna, and olives recipe as well as the meatballs in tomato sauce. They were my favourite as they were tasty and easy to make.
This book provides you with a healthy comfortable way of eating right while at work. it spices up the experience and is packed with recipes that make it always fun. It eliminates those boring, bland monotonous health foods. I use to solve this by buying on my way to work, but after a while it became a routine and I got just the same thing every time.
Am glad I found this at the right time.
I recommend this book to everyone looking to keep fit and healthy without the boredom​ and stress, both at home or at work.
