What an adaptation!
Four Point Four Stars
While Rapunzel’s story as the girl locked away in the tower was known to me, the version with the Asian adaptation and Rapunzel with her dark hair, was lovely to read. The texts were both in English and Mandarin Chinese and the artwork was beautiful.
The book also has audio-narration for getting the tone and narration right.
Eye-catching illustrations and neat retelling for this classic.

Rapunzel 长发姑娘: A bilingual Chinese children's book by Ann Hamilton-Lee– This was an Amazon freebie. I think this one is accompanied by a website where they will read the book aloud for you as well. I think this would be great for a dual language classroom! Happy Reading!

A wonderful way to introduce and practice languages. I have 2 small children who thoroughly enjoyed his book. Wonderful book.
