New to Leslie? Readers suggest starting with 'The Bossy One' (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C6BP3BBF) —Imagine a sunny Minnesotan Mary Poppins, employed by a grumpy Irish billionaire. The story is a blend of humor, revenge, passion, heartbreak, hope, and witty banter. As one reader put it, ‘This story had me squealing at the romantic moments and silly moments.’

Total NetGalley impulse. Looks like this will be my summer reading project. Sexy SEAL Romance? Yeah, total summer beach reading time. These books are fast paced, with a mystery and hot romance. Some character development, but not much due to the under 225-page count. That doesn't bother me, sometimes I want it short, fast and sexy.

Sentinel Security
SEAL's Beautiful Thief: 5-Stars
Former Navy SEAL Maxwell Peters lives by the rules—order and discipline are his way of life. Violet Schroeder, his coworker and the daughter of a notorious jewel thief, is the last person he should fall for. Violet has been chasing her father for years, and when a mission with Maxwell surfaces, she sees the perfect chance to confront her father over a betrayal from long ago. When she volunteers, Maxwell pushes back—how can he trust someone who knows more about stealing jewels than anyone else? Their assignment forces them aboard a luxury cruise, posing as husband and wife, and as they get closer to the target, their fake kisses start to feel all too real. With danger on the horizon, they must decide if they can overcome their differences.

This romance with a touch of mystery/suspense delivers everything I love. We have Violet who enjoys nothing more than shaking up a rigid Maxwell. Maxwell starts the book as an uptight, judgmental jerk. Violet is easygoing and caring but determined to see her father brought to justice. These two are very different but that just added spice to the story. The plot kept me hooked, especially anticipating Violet’s dad’s new partner and the jewel heist plan.

SEAL's One-Night Stand: 4-Stars
This is a wonderful series with real interesting stories. They are short so not a lot of development, but if like me all you want is a great beach read, they are great. I'm really enjoying this series and getting to know all the characters. I loved Joy and Brennan’s story. An independent woman and a bachelor who thinks he doesn't need anyone make for an interesting read. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Insta Lust and a One-Night Stand have some lasting consequences for Brennan and Joy. Brennan is the very definition of a Man Whore, love em' and leave em', no strings attached guy. Oh, he is all about being up front and honest about all this, so no feelings get involved. Joy can really pick em'. She has a string of disappointing relationships, so she wrote a dating app to help other women make a better choice. But when Adonis, gift to womanhood, Brennan singles her out at a bar, well, a girl just wants to have a little fun sometimes. Only this little encounter had a consequence, and wouldn't you know it: Joy has a problem with someone messing with her clients and her app and needs Sentinel Security, Brennan's company. Can you say Awkward?

SEAL's Pretend Family: 4-Stars
Romance with a touch of mystery/suspense - My Happy Place. I'm not going to say that these short novels have everything, they don't. "SEAL's Pretend Family" has two strangers in a desperate situation and that accelerates quickly into something more than the hero security expert just doing his job and into a full blown insta-lust situation, with lives on the line, of course.

Danielle Yesenko is a fourth-grade teacher who lives alone with no family nearby. When her doorbell rings late at night she isn't going to answer it until she hears a baby's cry. An infant is sitting in her car seat and is none too happy at being left there. With her comes a note and a mysterious flash drive. The baby is Grace, Dani's niece whom she has never met. Where is Valentina, Dani's sister?

Shawn Joseph is a retired Navy SEAL, a partner in Sentinel Security and he has been hired by CIA Operative Valentina Yesenko to keep her sister and infant daughter safe while Val hunts an elusive arms dealer who wants her dead.

On the run with Dani and Grace, Shawn finds he has a real problem concentrating on his job. Dani is gorgeous and suddenly Shawn is having feelings he shouldn't be having for a person he was hired to protect. That inattention just might get them all dead.

Team Oracle Security:
1. SEAL's Redemption -
2. SEAL's Purpose -
3. SEAL's Love -

My thanks to the Publisher, and Author, for providing a complimentary digital Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) of this novel via NetGalley. This is my fair, honest and personal review. All opinions are mine alone and were not biased in any way.

Oracle Security 6 book boxset

Book #1: 4.5 ⭐s SEAL's Beautiful Thief

Former Navy SEAL Maxwell Peters is strictly a follow-the-rules sort of man. He's going to be working security for a cruise ship company that's owned by the aunt of a former SEAL teammate. When investigator Violet Schroeder asks to help on the case that involves her father, he's suspicious of her motives. After all, her father is an infamous jewel thief. Against his better judgment, he agrees.

Her father, Willard Schroeder, AKA Ghost, betrayed her and this is her chance to get even with him. To do so involves her pretending to be Maxwell's wife. But despite agreeing to work with her, he's still leery of her, and lines between pretend and reality are beginning to blur.

This cruise is going to feature very expensive jewelry. This sailing is the Diamonds of the First Water cruise. Passengers were asked to bring their expensive jewelry pieces with them.

They befriend Ramona St. John, a widow who, after a year of mourning the loss of her husband, is returning to a social life. She also owns and plans to wear and display her diamond and ruby necklace. The necklace is named "Heart of Alexandra" but is commonly called the Romanov. This necklace is Ghost's white whale. He won't give up a chance to steal it.

Once her father took pride in getting in, stealing valuable items, and getting out before anyone knew anything had been stolen. But now bodies are now being left behind. He raised her by himself and had always stressed that since they only had each other, they needed to take care of one another. You don't leave your partner behind, yet on their last job, he set her up to be the fall guy. She was sent to prison.

Max has focused on married couple Bree and Mel. He's certain they plan to steal Ramona's necklace. He's so focused on the two women that he ignores Violet's suspicions about someone else. He even chides her about suspecting this person.

Once again, her father kidnaps her. He plans to sacrifice her to save himself. His newest partner is a trigger-happy kind of person. As hard as it is to lose a daughter, it's better that Violet die than him!

Book #2: 5 ⭐s SEAL's One Night Stand

Former SEAL Brennan Eckstrom went into the security business with two of his friends after he left the military.

Joy Carlson, an app developer, was approached by Brennan at a bar after their drink orders were mixed up by the bartender. He no more wants her pink foofoo drink than she wants his tequila. She's taken by surprise when he starts flirting with her. On her best day she's at most a seven, and since she came directly from the office, she's nowhere near her best. Meanwhile, in her opinion, he's at least a fifteen. After they talk for a short while, she learns he's an investigator.

She tells him she developed a dating app, Blind Love, and it's beginning to attract some investors. She designed the app, and she figures that with her dating history and degrees in psychology and computers she should be more than qualified to create a successful app.

He wonders why anyone as beautiful as her would ever need a dating app. She tells him that she's an expert on bad dates; some guys have dumped her almost immediately after meeting her. He finds her not only attractive but interesting. She soon learns that as he told her, he's strictly a one-night stand kind of guy. This was after she went back to the bar to try and find him. She did find him; he was with a beautiful redhead. Time to forget about him.

Suddenly there's a series of burglaries involving the beta users of her app. Is someone using info from her app to find out when the users will be gone on dates? Her investors just want the app released to start getting dividends. No crime has been committed yet, so the police can't do anything. She contacts Brennan and he takes the job. The
attacks escalate. Someone seems to have a personal grudge against her. Just when she needs him most, he leaves. She had given him news that he didn't want to hear, and then he reacted in the worst way possible. After insulting her, he takes an overseas assignment. But  halfway around the globe he can't forget her. But can she forgive him?

Book #3: 5 ⭐s SEAL's Pretend Family

Danielle Yesenko is a 4th grade school teacher leading a normal life until her sister Valentina leaves her daughter, Grace, on Danielle's doorstep. She also leaves a flash drive and a note.

Valentina is her only family, and she hadn't seen her for six years. Last she had heard Val, a jet-setting journalist, had married, become pregnant, and now, thanks to the note, two months ago had become a mother to Grace.

The next thing she knows, one of the partners from Oracle Security, former Navy SEAL Shawn Joseph, shows up on her doorstep. She's shocked to learn that Val is a spy for the CIA and is in danger. Now the same is true of her and Grace.

Shawn gave up on love a long time ago. He had loved his wife, but she was having an affair with another SEAL that he knew. The divorce was a crippling event for him, and he swore to never get involved with another woman ever—then Danielle and her niece, Grace, entered his life.
Everyone Danielle has ever loved has left her. Her parents died. Val went silent for six years, during which time she became a spy and married; her husband was killed by traitors, and she was forced to run to save herself and Grace. Now she's moving to Miami to work for Oracle. But the worst time of all was when Shawn left her.

Book #4: 4.5 ⭐s SEAL's Redemption

Logan Miller is debating if he's going to sign up for another hitch in the military after his last SEAL mission went terribly wrong. It resulted in a death, severe injuries to others, and him having major issues. He had also walked out on Hope. That was the last straw for her. She finally sees that he'll never be able to be there for her when she needs him. Hope is now pregnant with his baby, and he's disappeared. When they finally meet up again, Hope is in danger.

Hope is a popular author and an investigative reporter. She's currently working on two stories. One, a newspaper article, involves an active, vicious street gang in the area. The other, a book, is about the mysterious disappearance of a young woman, Diana Lauren, that happened twenty years ago. Diana seemingly fell off the face of the Earth. Hope has found a connection between Diana and a local prominent, very wealthy, and powerful businessman, Desmond Jones.

She's suddenly in danger, but concerning which of the two stories? A brick through her window with a note points her towards the street gang. She passes off her information about the gang to another reporter. That takes the gang off her back, but she's still in danger. This makes her double down on her efforts to find out what happened to Diana.

Logan seems to have changed from what he was like when she dated him. But she has questions: "Is it permanent? Can he be trusted? And most importantly, will he be there when she needs him?"

Book #5: 5 ⭐s SEAL's Purpose

Greg Harrison's career as a Navy SEAL came to an end on his last mission when an IED left him with permanent damage to his right hand and arm. His girlfriend broke up with him within two months of him returning stateside.

Months of PT have helped regain some function but not enough to stay in the military, let alone the SEALs. However, his good friend, Logan Miller, is opening a new Baltimore branch of Oracle Security and offered him a job doing private security. Oracle hires only former SEALs and is different from most companies providing personal security. They will also investigate the threat to the client and try to get to the root of the problem. Greg is assigned to Mattie's case.

Mattie Salisbury works at a museum inside of a mansion that is supposedly haunted by a ghost. The rumor is beginning to affect the patronage of visitors. There have been break-ins, especially after a podcast touting a hidden treasure.

Her five-year-old spitfire daughter, Liza, has rarely met a stranger. She immediately takes to Greg, and he's soon part of the family. But bodyguards aren't supposed to get involved. How embarrassing when she professes her love for him and he tells her that he's already agreed to take jobs outside of the Baltimore area.

Will the diary she found that had belonged to the innkeeper's daughter who lived in the house during the Civil War era lead them to the treasure? The diary certainly tells of a treasure hidden within the mansion.

Book #6: 4.5 ⭐s Seal's Love

Former Navy SEAL Colin Parks III is visiting some of his other SEAL buddies who own and operate Oracle Security. He's considering doing some contract work for them. Colin's family is filthy rich, but he is only interested in the money he earns for himself. He's distanced himself from his family and their lifestyle and drama.

As the partners return from lunch one day, their employee, Harper Bell, is having a meltdown. She's known for being the efficient administrative assistant to the staff of the private security firm. Her sister, Serenity, didn't show up at their annual beach holiday weekend. Nor had she contacted Harper before or after being a no-show. A message shortly before the weekend said she was looking forward to the get-together.
Serenity had told Harper that she was working at the Nirvana Luxury Resort and Spa on Crystal Cay. When Harper finally gets through to a human at the resort, her plan is to stay there for a couple of days to look for Serenity. A five-thousand-dollar-a-night suite is the only thing available. There's no way she can afford that! When she asked to speak to Serenity, the resort would only state that Serenity wasn't available. They wouldn't answer when asked if Serenity was still employed there. Now she's frantic!

The sisters had been raised by their hippie mother, Aurora Bell, who's not always the most rational person and who falls apart in times of crisis. Once she admits to the police that Serenity has gone off-grid in the past, sometimes for weeks, they won't do anything to help find her. Of course she wants to go to the resort to help with the hunt for her sister, but she has no idea of the best way to proceed. She just needs to be there!

Colin has a soft spot for damsels in distress, and it's obvious that she needs to go to the resort. Since his family owns the resort, he plans to go with her. To keep his family from matchmaking, they will go as a couple. But he takes her to his parents' home for the family reunion, not the resort. Why not? After all, there's not a chance of her falling for him. He, with his continuing military mannerisms, happy-ever-after marriages, and lasting true love, isn't for a live-in-the-moment, free-spirit type of woman like her. She'd agree to about anything to get to the resort and search for her sister.

When they do investigate at the resort, they learn that Serenity is missing. She had taken a tour of the Wellness Center, another facility on the island that is operated by Sebastian Bone. Serenity has more or less been kidnapped by Sebastian. But although she was able to meet with Harper and Colin, she's not free to leave. She's uncovered some very shady dealings there and perhaps even a murder...

As Colin gives up on the idea of marriage with Harper, she wants to talk to him…

Oracle Security: Six Complete Navy SEAL Romance Boxset

Oracle Security: Six Complete Navy SEAL Romance Boxset contains the 3 books from 2 previously released series. I read each book when they were originally released and loved them all. Each book is nicely written, has an entertaining and engaging story-line, great characters, and drama, passion, longing, and more.

Sentinel Security:
1. SEAL's Beautiful Thief - Catch his jewel and keeping her safe
SEAL's Beautiful Thief is the first book in the Sentinel Security series. This book introduces the Sentinel Security world and the three men who own. The story is about Maxwell, an ex Navy SEAL, and Violet, an investigator who has a past. Max is one of the partners of the company and Violet works for Sentinel Security as an investigator, but they could not be more opposite if they tried. He is regimented and buttoned down while she is intelligent, inquisitive and able to go with the situation. When they are paired together on a cruise to protect all the diamonds and gems on board from a thief they soon discover that things are all sparkly and warm between them. But Violet is out to catch the thief who she believes will be her father, as revenge is what is in order, and Max does not trust Violet because of her family and past.
This is an entertaining and engrossing story with great characters and a wonderful HEA.

2. SEAL's One-Night Stand - The forever bachelor gets hooked by a dating app developer
SEAL's One-Night Stand is the second book in the Sentinel Security series. This story is about Brennan Eckstrom, a retired Navy SEAL and one of the owners of Sentinel Security, and Joy Carlson, a dating app developer. One night Joy goes out with her best friend and ends up meeting Brennan. The sparks fly and they have a night of toe curling satisfaction. But Brennan is the never settling down type so with no numbers exchanged they both know it is only the one night. So imagine his surprise when Joy walks through the door of Sentinel Security a few weeks later looking for help. With her house burned down, her beta testers homes broken into and more Joy needs help in discovering exactly who is out to get her and her dating app. When a threatening email arrives next it is Brennan who insists that Joy come to stay at his house so he can protect her. With them now in close quarters and the excitement and adrenaline pumping the spark ignites between them again and before you know it it turns into a relationship. But will Brennan be able to keep Joy safe and protected? Will they find out who is behind the threats and violence?
This book has nicely woven drama, suspense, mystery, friends, danger, romance, sizzling hot chemistry, and love into one very entertaining story. I liked the characters and enjoyed the journey all the way to the HEA.

3. SEAL's Pretend Family - Danger is all around but he will protect them to the end
SEAL's Pretend Family is the third and last book in the Sentinel Security series. This story is about Shawn Joseph, an ex Navy SEAL who is also the third partner in Sentinel Security, and Danielle Yesenko, a sweet and steady school teacher. It is Danielle's sister, Valentina, who spins her world upside down when one day she turns up and leaves Danielle her infant daughter Grace, a note and a flash drive. Danielle contacts Sentinel Security and soon discovers that her sister is actually a CIA agent who is in danger, and the information on the flash drive puts all their lives in danger. It is Shawn, the tall, built, handsome and sexy man who she finds on her doorstep sent to protect Danielle and Grace by moving in and pretending to be one big happy family. The sparks fly and the clothes come off with some Kindle smoking passion. But there is still danger, suspense, a mystery and more swirling around them.
This is a wonderfully exciting and passionate story and a great way to conclude this series. I liked the story-line and really enjoyed the well developed characters. Plus the HEA will melt your heart and your panties.

Team Oracle Security:
1. SEAL's Redemption - Hold on tight as the fun is just about to begin....along with the sizzling hot and sexy kind!
SEAL's Redemption is the first book in the Team Oracle Security series. Hold on tight as this series is going to be a whole lot of fast paced fun and entertainment. This book is a great weaving together of action, intrigue, emotions, romance, family, friends, guilt, love and of course some sizzling hot smexy passion. The characters of Logan Miller and Hope Cabot are both nicely developed and have depth and emotion. Logan messes up big time but eventually gets his head of out his "you know where" and that is when his possessive and protective Alpha comes roaring out and he will stop at nothing and no one to keep Hope and their little bundle safe and protected. Now if she will only forgive him.

2. SEAL's Purpose - This haunting happens before Halloween
SEAL's Purpose is the second book in the Team Oracle Security series. This story is about Greg Harrison and Mattie Salisbury. Greg had to retire early from the Navy SEAL unit because of an injury to his arm. So he heads home and is not sure what to do, after all he had been serving for years. But he joins up with TOS. Mattie Salisbury is a single mother to a five year old daughter, Liza. Her life has not gone the way she thought it would but she has made the best of things and has rebuilt her life. Three years ago her now ex-husband decided he did not love Mattie anymore. So Mattie decided she needed a fresh start far away from home. She was able to get a position in Baltimore, as the director of Marley Manor, a historical building. But now it seems that the manor may be haunted and Mattie decides they need a security system. Greg is assigned this job and thus he and Mattie meet. There is an instant attraction between them but neither are sure about pursuing the other. But as Mattie and Greg spend time together for a new security system they also get to know each other. What they discover they both very much like and it seems both of the broken hearts can be healed if they are together.
This is a sweet, with some spicy hot, romance. I liked both characters as they were very much suited for each other. I enjoyed this book.

3. SEAL's Love - Hot tropical romance with mystery and danger
SEAL's Love is the third book in the Team Oracle Security series and is the story Colin Parks III and Harper Bell. This story is a sweet and sexy romance mixed with suspense and action. The story-line kept me enthralled and the characters are well developed and a whole lot of fun. I really loved Harper as she is such a sweet and free spirited young woman. Colin and Harper are very much opposites but yet when they are together they are perfect for each other. Then add some tropic island resort with clear blue ocean and sky....and some romantic nights. I really enjoyed this book and this series.

Six wonderful suspense romances centering around the SEALs that make up the Oracle Security branches in both Miami and Baltimore. Plenty of action and chemistry to keep the intrigue up in all six of these books.

-SEAL’s Beautiful Thief

A wonderful start to this series with an ex-SEAL working undercover with an ex-thief as they try to keep her father from stealing the Heart of Alexandra aka the Romanov Ruby necklace while on a cruise ship catering to the rich all showing off their most fabulous jewels. And what starts out as a bit of uncomfortable distrustful tension between Oracle Security partner Maxwell Peters and their recently hired ex-con Violet Schroeder soon turns into undeniable passion as their forced proximity fake undercover marriage brings that tension into all out heated passion. Lots of action and intrigue with interesting characters in this one to keep my attention from beginning to end. Both Maxwell and Violet were captivating in their own ways.

-SEAL’s One-Night Stand
The second book is just as good as the first one but I did find myself wanting to shake Brennan Eckstrom because he was making such a wrong decision. Brennan known as the charming flirt amongst the three partners of Oracle Security did not do relationships ever so when he met dating app creator Joy Carlson one night in a bar he made it clear to her that even though they were definitely good together he wasn’t the committing kind. But then she needs Oracle Security’s help when she thinks someone is targeting her clients and Brennan finds he can’t turn down helping her and things take a more serious turn for the worse causing them into a forced proximity situation. Then the man who doesn’t do relationships finds he has one more surprise he will need to face. This one hit the emotions and offers an interesting mystery to solve as to who is behind the break-ins at her client’s homes and threatening her. Violet again played a big role in this one with her character taking on the role of a protector for her best friend.

-SEAL’s Pretend Family
The third book is about a family on the run. In one unbelievable moment Danielle Yesenko finds her 2 month old niece Grace on her doorstep with a note from her estranged sister Valentina and in the next a handsome stranger is at her door announcing he’s been hired by the same sister to keep her and Grace safe. What happens from that moment on becomes a dash from one supposedly safe location to another while Danielle tries to comfort an upset baby Grace and Oracle Security partner Shawn Joseph struggles to keep them safe, discover who is after them and not cross boundaries with the woman he’s hired to protect yet is having a hard time resisting his attraction towards. He struggles with a white knight syndrome while she struggles with always being left behind to handle things on her own.

-SEAL’s Redemption
In the fourth book we leave Miami for Baltimore where Hope Cabot, an investigator journalist, has broken things off with Navy SEAL Logan Miller for the final time after he’s failed to show up for her and it’s the last straw in showing her she can’t keep fighting for something when it’s never going to change. That’s a wake-up call for Logan who has been drowning his issues with alcohol but four months later he shows up at Hope’s house a different man to apologize only to find out that she’s expecting his baby and then her life is threatened. Logan pledges then to protect her and his unborn baby. In doing so, the two must decide if they could ever be reconciled as a couple again. This one has lots of emotional moments, several dangerous events and lovely chemistry to keep the pages turning.

-SEAL’s Purpose
This is an instant attraction between medically discharged former SEAL Greg Harrison now employed by Oracle Security, Baltimore branch, and Marley Manor Museum Director Mattie Salisbury when he is hired to investigate the reports of the museum being haunted. Mattie believes the rumors of the haunting and the break-ins and malicious damage being done is a way to damage the museum’s reputation to keep people away as well as an attempt to uncover a supposedly hidden treasure. If the rumors aren’t stopped and the culprit caught Mattie along with her five year old daughter Liza could lose their home there on the grounds on the museum. As the case seems difficult to solve, Greg questions if he’s the right man for the job especially when he can’t keep his attraction for Mattie under control. The struggle of keeping his distance, Maggie’s vulnerabilities after a cheating ex-husband, a vivacious five year old and an interesting haunting case makes this book intriguing.

-SEAL’s Love
The final book is an opposites attract romance with former SEAL Cole Parks taking Oracle Security’s administrative assistant Harper Bell to his family’s home on the tropical island Crystal Cay in search of her missing sister Serenity. Cole is a man who lost his fiancée to a tragic military plane crash but still dreams of marriage, family and white picket fences while free-spirit Harper left her fiancé at the alter after realizing they would not work and refuses the idea of being tied in to a marriage. While helping her sister take down a con artist, Cole and Harper find that maybe opposites can work.

These are wonderful stories to read and the "collection" makes it easier.

SEAL's Beautiful Thief - An opposites attract Military Romance that is by one of my favorite authors. Max thought he was a lifelong bachelor because he doubted he would ever find someone he could love and then he met Violet, whose father is a well-known thief. The two team up to try and capture her father and along the way, they find that their attraction is too much to deny.

SEAL's One-Night Stand - A fateful meeting for two relationship failures turns into something they didn't realize they wanted until it was almost too late to grab. Brennan is an all-around great guy, retired Navy SEAL, handsome in the Greek God sense but is absolutely certain that a long-term relationship is not something he wants or needs; that is until he meets Joy and has what he assumes is one of his usual one-night stands. Joy has had every kind of bad dating experience so she decides to create a dating app that will help get together two people who have a good chance at happiness. When someone targets some of the people who use her app, she contacts a security consultant her friend and partner recommends. Surprises abound when it turns out the man, she had her one-night stand with works for the company and agrees to find out who and why someone is targeting her app. A surprise pregnancy that throws them both for a loop, but can they get past their past concerns and especially Brennan's phobia of relationships to grab their HEA? Great writing and a wonderful plot and intriguing characters. This is one you don't want to miss.

SEAL's Pretend Family - Shawn, a member of the Sentinel Security Agency has been hired by the Danielle's sister to protect her and her niece. When Danielle finds her baby niece on her doorstep, she did not think anything else could surprise her, that is until Shawn shows up stating he has been hired to protect them from an unknown danger. More surprises are revealed concerning her sister while they are forced to go on the run from the contract that was placed on their life. Emotions run high for both Danielle and Shawn as they succumb to the attraction between them that flows into love. Emotions are something that Shawn has a hard time reconciling and their HEA may not be possible unless he can come to terms with the fact that he can be a good man in a healthy, loving relationship.

SEAL's Redemption - Logan and Hope had what each thought would be a long-lasting relationship with each other. Then things went horrible wrong and Hope broke things off but know that she is pregnant with Logan's baby, where does that leave them? Navy SEAL, Logan believes that he is skilled at one thing and one thing only and that is protecting those who can't protect themselves. When Hope's life and the life of their baby is targeted, Logan doesn't hesitate to step in even though Hope has a rule to never get back with an Ex. Will their relationship remain doomed to be over, or will the danger and their closeness open up crack in Hope's resolve toward Logan? Great roller coaster ride as they try and solve the mystery Hope is investigating and writing about.

SEAL's Purpose - What a story! We get a haunting, instant chemistry between Mattie and Greg and also get to meet Liza, Matti's cute daughter. Sure, there isn't supposed to be such a thing as ghosts but the unexplained things happening around the museum can't seem to be easily explained which is why Team Oracle is brought in to solve the mystery. And another sexy SEAL is now on his way to the alter, maybe.

SEAL's Love - Harper loves working at Team Oracle so when she finds out that her sister is missing under some strange circumstances, she doesn't hesitate to ask the men she works for to help find Serenity. When a visiting former SEAL Team member learns that the girl went missing on an island that his family owns, Colin volunteers to help out. There is instant chemistry between the two which makes their story of a fake romance believable. However, when Colin begins to think that Harper might just "be the one" he is disappointed to find out that his vision of a house with a picket fence is very different from Harper's thoughts on marriage and a long-term commitment. Can they make the fake relationship real, or will their differences make their breakup permeant?.

SEAL’s Beautiful Thief

Oracle Security is a six-book romantic suspense series centered on the SEALs who run the Oracle Security team and the women who ultimately become their happily ever after. Each book brings together danger, suspense, action, emotional tension, and romance, creating a series that is both entertaining and easy to stay invested in.

The men of Oracle Security are strong alpha heroes shaped by intense military training, war, and deadly assignments. They are protective, skilled, disciplined, and accustomed to facing danger head-on. However, what makes them compelling is not just their strength or training, but the way each of them must learn to let someone in. These men may be used to control, strategy, and survival, but love challenges them in ways they do not always expect.

The women they fall for are equally worth rooting for. They are intelligent, independent, capable, and strong in their own ways. None of them feel like background characters waiting to be rescued. Instead, they bring their own courage, resilience, and emotional depth to the stories. Their ability to capture the hearts of men who often try to resist love makes each romance satisfying to watch unfold.

What I enjoyed most about the series is that the happily ever afters are not handed to the characters easily. The road to love is filled with danger, misunderstandings, emotional baggage, outside threats, and difficult choices. The intrigue, suspense, and action keep the stories moving, but it is the way each couple works through the obstacles in front of them that makes the romances feel earned.

The relationships are tested by intense circumstances, and watching each couple come through those challenges is what gives the series its heart. By the time these SEALs find their partners for life, you believe in the connection because they have fought for it, survived for it, and chose it despite everything standing in their way.

Overall, Oracle Security is an entertaining romantic suspense series with strong alpha heroes, capable heroines, high-stakes danger, and satisfying love stories. Though at times there was some drag in the plots here and there, it delivers the action and intrigue expected from a former military security-team romance while still keeping the emotional journey to happily ever after at the center of each book.

Review: Oracle Security (Leslie North boxset)

Oracle Security is a six-book romantic suspense collection built around an elite Navy SEAL team and a consistent formula: high-stakes missions, fake relationships or forced proximity, and emotionally guarded heroes who are gradually undone by love under pressure.

Across the set, the structure is very consistent. Each story introduces a SEAL (or former SEAL) placed into a situation where professional duty collides with personal vulnerability—whether that’s undercover marriage (SEAL’s Beautiful Thief), accidental reunions (SEAL’s One-Night Stand), fake family dynamics (SEAL’s Pretend Family), or second-chance romance (SEAL’s Redemption). The anthology format keeps pacing tight and stakes high, with each book functioning as a standalone arc while reinforcing the broader “Oracle” identity.

The strongest element throughout is the emotional archetype: disciplined, hyper-competent men who are forced into situations where control isn’t enough to solve the problem. Their emotional evolution tends to follow a familiar pattern—initial resistance, reluctant protection, escalating intimacy, and eventual surrender to attachment. The heroines vary more in profession and background, but generally serve as catalysts for both plot progression and emotional softening.

Romantic tension is heavily driven by external danger. Threats—whether criminal organizations, kidnappings, or covert operations—keep characters physically close and emotionally reactive. This helps maintain momentum but also means the romance often develops in sync with plot urgency rather than through slow internal transformation.

Because it’s a boxset, thematic repetition is noticeable: fake relationships, hidden identities, protective instincts, and trust issues appear across multiple entries. Readers who enjoy consistency and familiar romantic suspense beats will likely find that satisfying, while those looking for more structural or tonal variation may find overlap between stories.

Overall, Oracle Security delivers exactly what it promises: fast-paced, emotionally heightened romantic suspense with alpha protector heroes, capable heroines, and danger-driven intimacy. It’s less about reinventing the genre and more about refining a reliable formula across multiple interconnected stories.

Seal's Beautiful Thief (Maxwell and Violet)
Making sure that a priceless necklace did not get stolen, WOW! Can be deadly. A lot of time together for Maxwell and Violet. Very good story. You know that old saying. It takes a thief to catch a thief, it's true.
Seal's One-Night Stand (Joy and Brennan)
Well!! That is one way to do it. The night they meet was the begging. Went so smooth that Joy went back a little while later to see. Did not go as planed. Then she needed someone to help with keep her safe. She walked into Oracle Security. Their was Brennan. He took her case and keep her safe. And the rest is history. I love saying that. In this case it is. Very good story I enjoyed it very much.
Seal's Pretend Family (Danielle and Shawn) (Imagined or real?) (26)
Danielle's life turned upside down all of a sudden. Crazy, scary, and dangerous. She did not know what was going on. She did have someone to help her and keep her safe. Very good story with a lot of things going on.
Seal's Redemption (27) (Hope and Logan)
Logan worked real hard to straiten out and get his head on right. Then he went to apologize to Hope. Found out she was carrying his child. His head went into a spin. Then things got scary. I give Logan a heart felt YEA for getting his head together and was able to keep it strait when all hell broke lose. Very good story.
Seal's Purpose (Mattie and Greg)
A very good story. Mattie needed help and protection so she hired someone. She got a lot more that she bargained for. Greg started a new job. Proctoring someone is second nature to him, he is an ex Navy Seal. The two of them have a lot to work through. I enjoyed the story very much.
Seal's Love (Colin and Harper)
Colin and Harper. It has a nice ring to it. Don't you think so? A very good story. A lot of worrying on Harper's side. I enjoyed the story very much.

The "Oracle Security" series consists of three each from the Sentinel Security series ("SEAL's Beautiful Thief", "SEAL's One-Night Stand" and "SEAL's Pretend Family"), the Team Oracle Security series ("SEAL's Redemption", "SEAL's Purpose" and "SEAL's Love") They are all good reads reads that stand alone. The characters are likable with loads of chemistry. The stories are fast paced with some action and suspense. They develop nicely and are both interesting and intriguing.

"SEAL's Beautiful Thief" is about Maxwell and Violet, who team up to catch her father. It is fake to so much more story that is nicely developed and intriguing. Maxwell and Violet are combustible. These two opposites have a hard time fighting the attraction while they hunt her father, the jewel thief.

"SEAL's One-Night Stand" is about Brennan and Joy. They met and have a fabulous night together but then he leaves. He doesn't do commitments but when she shows up needing help he jumps into action. These two team up to solve a mystery.

"SEAL's Pretend Family" is about Danielle and Shawn. This one is a touch different from the previous two but really interesting. The characters are combustible together. A good story with suspense, danger, passion and intrigue.

"SEAL's Redemption" is about Logan and Hope. These two are so perfect for each other.

"SEAL's Purpose" is about Greg and Mattie. Someone is breaking in the museum that Mattie manages. Their are words going around that have also caused an issue. She hired the security team to help. She and Greg work together to find who is responsible.

"SEAL's Love" is about Colin and Harper. Harper finds out her sister is missing from a resort that Colin's family happens to own. He is happy to help find her sister but Harper has to play his fake while they are there. What happens when the lines between fake and real are crossed?

The Oracle Security Boxset was a collection of six standalone stories about Navy Seals and the women they love and protect. This collection included these books:

Book 1: SEAL’s Beautiful Thief – Maxwell and Violet
Book 2: SEAL’s One-Night Stand - Brennan and Joy
Book 3: SEAL’s Pretend Family – Shawn and Danielle
Book 4: SEAL’s Redemption – Logan and Hope
Book 5: SEAL’s Purpose - Greg and Mattie
Book 6: SEAL’s Love Team – Colin and Harper

While I enjoyed all of the books, my favorite was SEAL’s Pretend Family, which centered around Danielle, a 4th grade teacher who is suddenly saddled with cranky baby Grace when her estranged sister Valentina leaves Grace on Danielle’s doorstep. Valentina hired Shawn to protect Danielle and Grace. Shawn and Danielle fought their attraction until they couldn’t. Throw in some baddies chasing them and you have yourself a sometimes frightening, slow burn love story. I loved Valentina’s character, a real bada$$ woman who worked for the CIA. Her transformation regarding family was inspiring.

The stories were excellent and had interesting plots with lots of suspense and drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat in anticipation of what might happen next. I enjoyed the characters and the way their relationships evolved. This may be an enjoyable book for those readers that enjoy steamy, alpha male/strong woman suspense romance stories full of drama, tension, revenge, mistrust, betrayal, and redemption. A wonderful collection!.

This is a fantastic collection of books - about people that work with Oracle Security - the men are prior military (many are Navy SEALS), Alpha protector heroes....

Each of the 6 stories have different main characters & different plots... the books are interconnected standalones & can be read separately.

I really enjoyed all the books!! They are all so different.. but they all have wonderfully written characters, mild spice, witty banter, & their own HEA!

The books are fast paced & on the shorter side/novella length... perfect for an afternoon/evening reading...

Spice level: 3/5

*protector/bodyguard Alpha heroes
*prior military/Navy SEALS
*one night stand
*secret pregnancy
*he's a playboy
*romantic suspense
*military romance
*enemies to lovers
*forced proximity

Thank you to the author (Leslie North) & Booksprout for the ARC. All opinions are my own.

Security bundle by MeemsAngel82

This was a set featuring a security team where couples come together and have to work through some things before they can all find their own HEA. These men all work hard but have their own issues to work though as do their women.

A book set of 6 love stores that are filled with drama but all earn their happiness in the end.

I have read most of these books previously so I was happy we got a whole set! The writing is solid and the storytelling isn't filled with perfect people that have perfect lives and are without complications. In fact, some men might as well keep their words to themselves! It would have saved them some heartache for both parties. There are characters that will frustrate you but all are good people that still have some growing to do!

Love these heroes!

Leslie North has a special talent of creating unique stories around familiar tropes, and this collection is one of the best. Six former Navy SEALS meet their forever mates in these intriguing stories, filled with witty banter, steamy chemistry, strong family values, and the kind of sacrificial love we all dream about.

My favorite is SEAL's Pretend Family, Book 3 of this set, where Danielle and Shawn deal with their growing attraction against an adrenaline rush of dangerous situations and multiple threats. It was both sweet and intense and ended with a beautiful HEA for everyone.

If you want your heroes to also be decent men without the angsty red flags, this series is written for you.

This collection follows a tight-knit security team of loyal brothers who always have each other’s backs—and would die for one another. When they meet their perfect woman, these men go full alpha, fiercely protective, while still taking the good-natured ribbing from their teammates.
Leslie North delivers another winning set of romantic suspense stories. While some couples stood out more than others (as is common in multi-book collections), the private security storylines were a standout favorite. Even as a first-time reader, I found it thoroughly entertaining and can’t wait to read more from this author. Highly recommended!.

Since this is a box set containing several stories, I expected some to be better than others—and that was exactly the case. Some stories were enjoyable, some were just fine, and a few didn’t really work for me. Overall, it was an okay read.

Most of the stories follow a similar pattern where the hero makes poor decisions or acts foolishly at some point. This was especially noticeable in the surprise pregnancy trope stories. Many of the heroes were shocked by the pregnancy news and handled the situation immaturely or poorly. That said, while all the heroes were overly protective, I appreciated that the heroines were not portrayed as damsels in distress.

There were also a few typos throughout the book, but they weren’t distracting enough to ruin the reading experience. Overall, it was still an enjoyable collection.

I loved that we got the box set and got to continue to see what was happening with all the characters that was awesome. Reading all 6 books was nice and they all had a story to tell. My heart went out to all of the SEALS just reading about them. I think thats what the author wanted. I wanted to hug them all and tell them it will be ok. Not my normal feeling while reading a book but here we are after I read them. I think my only critique would be that it could have been steamier. I mean these men were SEALS I was expecting FIREWORKS and a lot of steam and I got baby steam. Overall good stories and they kept me on my toes.

Leslie North has done it again! 6 masterfully plotted romantic suspence tales will keep you at the edge of your seat. Each independent book covers a different couple with their own crisis to manage. These women are tough as nails when it's called for, and bring their SEAL to his knees not really, but you know😉). Loved the guys, who figure out the heart is good for more than thr circulatory system.🤭🥰

I thoroughly enjoy this boxset. There are 6 retired Navy SEALs, each has their own challenges to settle into civilian life. They carry the training and ethics from the SEAL team. Most of them suffer some degree of PTSD. Oracle Security originally was founded by 3 retired SEALs. Each find their incredible partner on the job, even though they try hard not to fall in love. I especially love the reformed jewel thief driving the hardcore SEAL crazy. They expand the business from Florida to Maryland and recruit 3 more former SEALs. Hence their stories. They all find very smart and spirited partner in their life. Once they settle in their role and have a stable life, they all thrive.

This is a huge boxset of 6 books that are standalone but also part of the Oracle Security and were previously published. It’s so nice to have them in one space. I adore Leslie’s stories. This is a fabulous set and such a savings. The stories include strong alpha heroes we love who spent many years prior serving the military under intense situations. These are the best of the best. The woman are far from ordinary- they are each special in their own way and a perfect match for each alpha male. Don’t hesitate.
