I have been dying for the conclusion to Gant and his Dovey’s story and Feed Your Fiends did not disappoint! Picking up exactly where the cliffhanger of Swallow Your Sorries left us, the emotional stakes are at an all-time high. Elle is heartbroken and reeling from her misplaced trust, while Gant is a man possessed—devastated by what happened to her and hell-bent on revenge. He’s made it clear: Elle is his, and he’ll do anything to keep her, even if it means keeping her in the dark.
While I loved book one, this sequel blew it out of the water. The plot is a whirlwind of "hidden truths" and schemes that kept my head spinning. Just when I thought I had a character’s motivations figured out, a new twist would turn my theories upside down.
What really shines here is the character growth. These are broken people, all casualties of self-centered parents who treat their children like pawns on a chessboard. While Gant and Elle’s story reaches a satisfying (ish!) conclusion, Rosi leaves us with just enough breadcrumbs to stay hooked. I’m dying to know the truth about Rin and Beaussip, the mystery behind Étienne being “away" over break, and of course, poor Hale—his world was absolutely rocked in this one. I am beyond ready for Hale and Stassi’s story next!
Overall, I loved this duet and can’t wait to read more from Rosi!
Finally the duet is complete. This is the second book in the Blueblooded Bastards series. The first book, Swallow Your Sorries, ended on a cliffhanger and what a cliffhanger it was! Feed Your Fiends starts right where the last book left off. We find out immediately if Gant is the one who hurt Elle and we see the fallout from what happened. Elle no longer trusts Gant and is out for revenge. There are so many twist and turns in this book and so many betrayals and revelations making it such an exciting read. It also perfectly sets up more books in the series and I can’t wait to read them all. Where book one was a bullying situation this book is more of a mystery surrounding Gant and his family and everyone keeping secrets from each other. Elle learns that Gant will do anything to keep her and when he says anything, that means everything is on the table. And after a lifetime of being chosen second, feeling unworthy and not enough she realizes that being hunted means someone wants you enough to chase you down and be a monster for you. Excellent book, compelling and engaging. Cannot wait for more.
Finally, we get the conclusion to the duet after leaving us reeling from that cliffhanger we pick up right where we left off in book 1. This book amped up all the tension and drama with more suspense, secrets, and mysteries than I could imagine. This book was twisted AF and just when I thought I knew what might happen it completely took me by surprise.
If anything Gant's obsession with Elle only increases. The tangled web is unraveled all the puzzle pieces come together.
Of course, we're set up for more books in the series following the other characters that have been involved in the story throughout leaving us eager for more.
This was such an amazingly well written story. Gant and Elle were such awesome characters in this. Their growth and his dedication to her were just fantastic. This book held an intensity that really kept me turning the pages. Wanting and needing to know in what direction things were going to go. The secrets and betrayals that were revealed were omgosh! These families were just awful and there’s no redemption for them. I was so engrossed with this one.
Was waiting for this 2nd book of Gant & Elle to be released since the nail biting heart breaking cliffhanger. Book 2 did not disappoint with drama, wild twists and backstabbing we have come to expect. Gant is still unapologetically devious but loves Elle deep down. Supporting characters are well developed and the author set up the next book for them. My only complaint is that we still don’t know who sabotaged the ballet slippers. It seems to make sense to wrap that up in their book.

I was desperate to read the second instalment and it did not disappoint! Elle is dealing with the fallout from the end of the first book but she is stronger this time and doing what she can to protect herself. Gant is intense as always but there is an absolute shocker towards the end which you do not see coming. So well written, excellent story and characters. Highly recommend!
