THE POLICY

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have fully read and understand the contents of this policy...

Couples petitioning for a family license must meet a dozen prerequisites, the last of which is obtaining life insurance. After signing up for the premium package and marrying, we moved into our new residence and started our lives together.

We were fluttering around the talk of fulfilling our marriage contract and having our first child when my husband was killed.

A month later, my husband's insurance policy is delivered.

It walks and talks like him.

It smiles like him.

And it wants to satisfy our contractual obligations starting immediately.

My gawd, I just kept thinking "this is a horror story" over and over as I read this.
The concept of the Policy seems so good on paper but would be a true nightmare in practice.
Intensely good, I haven't read anything like it.

Disturbingly a good read. I’m pretty much drawing a blank for words because the policy is crazy

I read this book in one day! I have never felt so much need to finish the book. I did have to take a step back after finishing this book, it is a very well written book. I am very glad for the warning given at the start of the book.

I did not expect the book to be so addictive, but I am so glad I read it!
