Jenny Rabe has such a way of delivering sweet romance with substance.
In this 5th book of her Love Senses series, I appreciate once again, having medical representation. I deal with a disease that affects my inner ears, a little similar to the FMC.
This story needs a DV trigger warning. Though things are not graphic, they are detailed just enough that it could trigger some PTSD in a survivor. So heads up to DV survivors.
Aside from that, this story was a cute romance. I like how our MMC got himself out of the friend zone. Our FMC could learn to follow her gut instincts better, but I think she learned that by the end.
It was cute and it takes place in my home state so I had a better idea on what the scenery looked like in the story. Park City is a beautiful place to visit and so is Midway.
Loved this book. Blythe has struggles with hearing and little dating experience. When she finally meets the guy she has been speaking with on the phone for the last several months, she isn’t expecting her best friend Cooper to be jealous. In fact she doesn’t really think he is because she has convinced herself that he only wants her as a friend.
To find out how everything plays out you will have to read this book. I definitely recommend it.
Another great installment in the senses collection! I thought the story was sweet and very enjoyable! It was interesting to see how someone may struggle with hearing and how it may impact their daily life. I wouldn’t have minded for the story to be a little longer! This has been a great series and I love seeing each of the senses in each of these books.
I think this book may have moved up to my favorite of Jenny’s I’ve read so far! I loved the main characters and I related to Blythe with her tinnitus & hearing loss which made this book all the more special. Please Hallmark make this a movie it’s absolutely beautiful!
