I read this book many years ago. Reading it again, alongside ‘A course in Miracles’, has been quite a profound experience. It complements it so well and enhances it too. It has given me many techniques to integrate into my daily practice.

This book is very insightful and reading it has helped me in loving and forgiving myself more. It has assisted me in looking at life, and our experiences differently; which is a good thing.
