A heart-filled love story full of drama, suspense and more drama! Cherish Parker is beautiful, intelligent, business savvy and extremely street smart. She's a go-getter, an independent, and the only fear she has is dying broke.
Cherish's parents were sophisticated drug dealers who lost their lives in a tragic accident while on vacation overseas; she was only 18 years old and her brother Dorian was only 12. They were forced to live life without a mother and father. Subsequent to their loss, Dorian went to stay with his grandmother and Cherish took to the streets in search of her identity.
After enduring the trials and tribulations of the game, Cherish finally comes out on top. Her hard work and perseverance lands her amid some of the wealthiest, most praised individuals of the city, and she takes advantage of every opportunity that comes her way.
Colin, Cherish's high school sweetheart returns home from a 6 year tour in the armed forces. His love for Cherish is as strong as it's ever been, even stronger now, but Cherish is living a different life, a life you could only see on a television screen.
Can Colin's love persuade Cherish to give up the flashy, flossy lifestyle she's accustomed to; or will it drive her away?

This was a page turner and I enjoyed every bit of it..Cherish you gangster for What you did to Marlon ass...Raq I am said you went through that horrible situation and Jillian I knew was dirty. ..This book will be recommended to friends and add to my book clubs must read list South Side Divas book club
Man I can't wait for part 2. Cherish dealt with a lot. From finding out she wasn't her boyfriends only partner, meeting sometime engaged to her little sister, her brother getting shot, then her grandma dying. As for Raq I hope she doesn't let her condition keep her down. When it comes to Jill, I think that heifer needs to be watched very closely and really can't be trusted. Hopefully Cherish is able to talk some sense into Dorian and finds out what happened with her bank.
This book was great there was a lot of drama, deceit, crying and action. But Cherish is going thru so much drama losing her grandmother, now she found out her brother is selling drugs but for who I bet it is Simeon but I could be wrong. Tremayne keep up the good work.
This book is riddled with typos, so steer clear of it if that kind of thing gets to you, but wow... what a storyline! So. much. drama! I'm really looking forward to book 2 and finding out what will happen with the characters' many dilemmas.
well this was a really good short read I loved cherish she didn't play no games I have some questions that I need answered so I will be waiting for part 2 if you haven't checked this book out you really need to
This was a book that kept me interested from beginning to the end. Cherish had a lot going on in her life. Between her looking out for everyone she loved she also had to deal with the men in her life. Can't wait to read part 2. I would recommend this book.
After getting passed the label dropping in the very beginning I actually enjoyed the story. A very short story that has me wondering what's going to happen next. Cherish has a lot on her plate, Jill is trifiling (too many red flags), I feel sorry for Raquel and her brother may be in over his head.
