3,5 ⭐️ Una storia molto dolce, che cattura. Mi spiace un po’ per il finale, avrei voluto vedere Alex sudarsela un paio di capitoli per farsi perdonare, dato il modo in cui si è comportato. Comunque, bella storia.

Sophie has a flat and boring personality, no structure and all I picture her as a stupid person with no dignity at allllll. Why did I read it all is only to punish myself. She fell in love with Alex and got pregnant in 2 weeks. But the whole story happened in one week in Hawaii and most of the time he was shit with her. What a book 🥱

Fake dating and grumpy v's sunshine tropes in this one. It was.... ok.
The story moved on well enough but it felt a bit disjointed in places. Alex's hot and cold persona didn't really work too well and Sophie's eagerness to jump straight into bed with him didn't gel as well as it should've done. There was no personality to her, she was a typical "yes" girl and the dynamics just didn't match up. No real back story to either characters or to the characters that were introduced later on in the book. 3 🌟

The story was okay although there were quite a few weird grammar errors and sentences that made no sense. However there are many other authors out there writing much better novels frankly - even with similar tropes. I realised after purchasing this that “Amalia Blum” is a made up name and I have a strong suspicion this is AI because there is zero presence for her online, there is no ‘publisher’, reviews are only starred rather than giving an actual review and “she” is a recent phenomenon. On principle and until it is evidenced she’s a real person I won’t be recommending. Poor.

Great story
What a different story line but I thoroughly enjoyed reading it from being the cold hearted CEO Mr Blackwell to a really nice guy in the end,and also Sophie just a lovely uplifting sole, have found another really good author.

Marry Me Mr Blackwell
Lovely story, almost perfect romance and a light outlook on life. Its your typical boy meets girl,fall in love and everything is peachy. Can be a bit difficult to believe, as even with a few twists it is mostly a happy and pleasant read.

The "we fell in love in a week" books never work for me. Considering the big secret in this one, it makes less sense.

Sophie betreibt einen Blumenladen und kann sich nur so gerade über Wasser halten. Ein Großauftrag käme ihr da sehr recht und genau das passiert. Sie soll für eine Hochzeit die Gestecke herstellen und das motiviert sie. Sie hat für ihr Angebot alles vorbereitet und freut sich auf den Termin.
In einem Spa, will sie ihr Schwimmen verbessern und verläuft sich glatt und landet in der Herrenumkleide. Dort steht ein Mann, in dem Fall Alex, mit einem Tuch um die Hüften. Sie steht wie angewurzelt da und starrt ihn an. 🤭 um ihre Gedanken wieder zur ordnen geht sie erst mal zu ihrer Freundin an der Rezeption. Das Geschehene muss ja erst mal verarbeitet werden. Schnell stellt sich raus, dass er der Bruder, ihrer Auftraggeberin ist und er lässt sie ganz deutlich wissen, dass sie nicht die richtige für den Job ist.
Was soll ich sagen, sie bekommt diesen Auftrag nicht und sagt Alex ganz deutlich was sie von ihm hält.
Auch Alex hat so seine Probleme, seine Mutter will ihn verkuppeln und fordert das er mit Begleitung zur Hochzeit seines Bruders kommt, ansonsten sorgt sie für die passende Frau.
Alex beschließt Sophia ein Angebot zu machen, schließlich ist er schuld, das sie den Auftrag nicht bekommen hat, aber dringend darauf angewiesen wäre.
Sie bekommt das Geld und muss ihn im Gegenzug auf die Hochzeit nach Hawaii als seine Freundin begleiten. Das wäre alles schön und gut, wenn da nicht seine Mutter wäre. Ja die Situation auf Hawaii ist unglaublich und an manchen Stellen auch zum Lachen. Sophie schafft es doch auch dass sich Alex verändert und er sieht in ihr eine Frau, die so ganz anders ist, als das was er sonst so kennengelernt hat. Zwischen den beiden knistert es gewaltig und doch ziehen dunkle Wolken auf und einiges wird sich ändern. Was da wohl passiert sein mag?
Eine unglaublich gute Story, die Autorin schafft es einen sofort abzuholen und in einen Bann zu ziehen, das es unmöglich ist das Buch aus der Hand zulegen., man will einfach wissen, was die beiden gemeinsam erleben und welche Geheimnisse so aufgedeckt werden.
Eine ganz klare Kauf-Leseempfehlung.
Die 5 Sterne gebe ich sehr gern.
