This is good and about the perfect length for someone like me who’s interested in the subject but a complete novice on the subject. I like here that Dr. Prorock explains things in an elementary way, but doesn’t treat the reader like an idiot.

I don’t know if you would buy this one for yourself under normal circumstances unless you’re deeply interested in the subject or just like to collect space-related reading materials, but it would definitely make a cool gift for your space-interested friends and family. 4/5

The Great Silence dives into the thought provoking and mind bending theories of if we are truly alone in this universe. Dr. Prorock breaks down the simplicity of complex questions and ideas that have plagued human civilizations for centuries. If the universe is SO expansive and the possibility of life on other planets is higher than we originally thought… where is everybody and why haven’t we not heard from others??
