Blinding Love 5

Rate this book
The steamy and dramatic conclusion to the Blinding Love series.

Blinding Love 1 is FREE!

The moment she flicks her eyes at me, right after glancing at the paper that carries the paternity test results, I know I’ve drawn the short straw, a part of me dying at that moment.

All those hours I spent with Lucas were stolen, all the months I thought I was his father, just a waste of time. I was fooling myself.

The moment has come. I have no reason left to spend another minute in this house I called home for the last three years.

Now seeing everything snatched out of my hands, the humble little life I could have had with them, I feel it’s done. There’s nothing more for me to look forward to.

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review

This is the fifth and final book of the Blinding Love series. A spoiler-less review :)

The results are in, now Evelyn has to let go of the man who isn't Lucas' father. The next two months are basically a blur of doing just enough to get by and care for her son. She finally reaches a place where she is embracing the reality of her new family, only to be blindsided by betrayal. A few weeks later, trauma drama shock & an act of surprising selflessness ensues. In all, I believe Evelyn, Craig and Matt each got almost everything they ever wanted (and needed).

Read it... really! Can't help but enjoy it!

I have LOVED this series. I think this one is the best. Matt never cease to amaze me with his manipulation. I am happy Lucas is Craig's son. However, the twists and turns in this book had me on the edge of my seat. This is a MUST read series.

Just when you thought it was over...you have deceit heartache and tragedy. It's no surprise that Evie despite having two lovers can consistently give them her all but just as easily give one of them up if they hurt her. Some series are good, nail biting and totally worth the commitment. This book was nail biting in the best possible way. There are very few writers as consistently good as Liv delivering compulsively readable books. And let's face it the sex is always phenomenal, and the ending is so unexpected. I highly recommend Blinding Love 5.

am I a bad person if I'm disappointed?

I really liked the first 4 books. I felt the ending with this was a cop out. I'm a sucker for a traditional HEA and I definitely had a favorite I was on team with. I can't say too much without giving away too many spoilers. If you've read the first 4 books I would recommend good going ahead to finish this and get closure, which you will, but not how I would have preferred things to end.

What can I say, but this was an incredible ending to a fabulous series.
How the the words on a piece of paper rip 3 people apart? When it's a paternity test! Their lives are torn apart, why couldn't things go on the way they had, couldn't they just continue to be a trio with a baby? The boys made a pact and are going to stick to it, even if it means tearing her heart out. But with every tragedy, there has to be a light at the end of the tunnel!

I'll summarize my review for the series.

It has a good story, although for me it was to much sex (I read the warning, but I expected more romance) anyway it got me interested has a good plot.
And I'll give the series all the stars in cliffhangers... that's what made me read all of the books, because I wanted to know what twist was coming ahead and how it would end.

Personally I didn't like the finale... but, you decide.
I hope this little review helps.

Anticlimactic

Books 1-3 had great plot twists and turns and even with all the whining by our heroine, they were really enjoyable. Book 4 seemed to be just a way to further the story to get to the grand finale. Unfortunately, it never comes. While book 5 is good, it just lacks that certain something that moves it to being really good. Still worth the read though.

Very surprising series

I waited to review until I completed the series.
I loved it!
It had everything. And I do mean everything
It left me satisfied and I wouldn't change a bit of it
I don't normally go for mfm thing, but this one was intriguing, to say the least.
Yum
