Easy read but considering Clara is supposed to be the detective she's more of a delegater if this book is anything to go by! It was an ok read but did inspire me to read more from the series.
This is a really good book. There are two cases to solve and with Clara having to travel to France she leaves Tommy to solve the other one (a case of mothers leaving hospital with the wrong baby!). But Annie has just had her baby so will Tommy be able to cope? I had to smile at Annie's idea of having a baby. She thought she would give birth when it was convenient for her and that having had her baby at home just after lunch she would be up and about later in the afternoon to provide dinner for her husband. Bless her, were we ever that naïve? Could a woman actually be that lucky? And can Clara solve a decade old case?
