I expected to get mindfulness facts doubled by expert-expert advices. But this book is more of a beginner level.

If you are familiar with mindfulness, this really is nothing more than a (possibly) handy referral for exercises.

If you are not familiar with mindfulness, I still wouldn't recommend this to be your first introduction.

And I really truly hope that by this day and age, every therapist is familiar with mindfulness.
