My aim is to help talented and caring women and moms find time and energy for meaningful work and people they love. I do this in three ways: 1) coaching talented women and moms at Life Junctions (http://www.LifeJunctions.com); 2) conducting research for cutting-edge non profits like Families and Work Institute, Society for Human Research Management, and the New York Women's Foundation and 3) sharing what I learn through speaking and writing.

I stumbled upon The Lighthouse Method as I started helping busy moms figure out what they really wanted to do with their lives. It was too long for a magazine article and too short for a book, so I published it as an ebooklet.

This was a quick read, flowed nicely and is very counter intuitive thinking. But as a mom with 3 teens I have been asking myself these very questions-it is comforting to know I am not alone or a failure!

I finally “get it” … great read, highly recommend

I loved this book because it was quick to read and easy to relate to being a Mom working in Corporate feeling stuck wanting to leave but doesn’t know how or when.

Highly recommend this book to all Mom’s wanting some clarity. Where to start, how to start and letting go of perfectionism which is part of the reason we stuck in the first place.

This book has reminded me to have fun on the journey and not be so obsessed with knowing what the outcome must be first before taking any action.

I’ve got my feet wet and starting to row! 🚣🏻‍♀️
