A.K. Evans is a contemporary romance author of over twenty published novels. While she enjoys writing a good romantic suspense novel, Andrea’s favorite books to write have been her extreme sports romances. That might have something to do with the fact that she, along with her husband and two sons, can’t get enough of extreme sports.

Before becoming a writer, Andrea did a brief stint in the insurance and financial services industry and managed her husband’s performance automotive business. That love of extreme sports? She used to drive race cars!

When Andrea isn’t writing, she can be found homeschooling her two sons, doing yoga, snowboarding, reading, or traveling with her family. She and her husband are currently taking road trips throughout the country to visit all 50 states with their boys.

A Swoon-Worthy Return to a Beloved World – The Next Generation Begins!

If, like me, you were genuinely heartbroken when The Everything Series by A.K. Evans came to an end back in 2019, then get ready — because she’s giving us something truly special with All I Need (The Everything Legacy Book 1).

And it is everything.

This is second-generation romance done right — with tender little echoes of the original love story woven beautifully through the pages.

Taj absolutely rises to the challenge as our new leading man. When he spots a stunning woman standing alone in the snow… in a wedding dress… you just know his life is about to change forever. That first meeting? Pure slow-burn perfection. The kind that builds quietly, intensely — the kind that makes you feel every glance, every touch, every breath.

Olivia has nowhere left to turn. Fate delivers her to a small town where, for the first time in a long time, she feels like she can finally breathe. Watching her find safety, strength, and something she never expected — love — is such a beautiful journey.

And Taj? The handsome rescuer she never planned for. The growing attraction between them is effortless and magnetic. The romance builds so naturally, so achingly sweet, that you can’t help but root for them from the very first page.

But this is an A.K. Evans story — so of course there’s that delicious thread of suspense running beneath it all. Just enough tension to keep your heart racing while the romance makes it melt.

Being introduced to the next generation is genuinely exciting, especially with those little nuggets hinting at what’s to come. It feels like coming home… while stepping into something brand new at the same time.

A fantastic start to this new legacy series — swoony, emotional, and filled with promise. I cannot wait to see where this generation takes us next. 💛

JUST SOO GOOD! The characters from the original series have lived rent free in my heart for so many years, this felt like coming home! I tore through this one in one sitting, so plan your time. :)

This second generation of the Everything series has been a long time coming, but it did not disappoint. If you every wanted to understand what the fuss is, over a "Cinnamon Roll" guy, this one is for you! Honestly this author could give a master class on how to craft leading men, as every one of hers is absolutely EVERYTHING we want a guy to be... sweet, sexy, confident, attentive, supportive, and ready to be "all in" to win her/our hearts. Seriously, every one of them!! LOVE IT!!

Taj is easy to love, and his desire to make his family and friends proud of him is very relatable. When he sees Olivia, his focus shifts, and it is a mirror of what Wes experienced when he met Charley, if you've enjoyed the first series (the all encompassing need to better her life) then you know - which is fantastic. Olivia is one lucky girl, because fate stepped into her troubles, and delivered the perfect man for her. Not to "fix" her, but to allow her the time and grace to move forward towards a better future. I loved how their trust and feelings for each other were supported and welcomed by his family, and how their journey to forever worked out.

I cannot wait for the next one in this series, and highly recommend this author, this series, and her extensive catalog of unforgettable, wildly creative and original works.
Fortunate to have received an ARC (thank you) I happily leave my thoughts.

This is the first in a new generation series, and this is Taj and Olivia’s story.
Taj is the new CEO of Blackman Boards, and he is determined to follow in the footsteps off his dad’s legacy. Olivia is a supermodel, and the last person Taj expects to cross paths within his small hometown, standing in the snow in her wedding gown. Olivia is desperate, and Taj cannot refuse helping her.
This is a well written, easy to read, slow burn, with family, friendships, emotions, suspense, intrigue, obsession, challenges, humour, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, small-town romance.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

One of my favorite things about a series I’m deeply invested in is discovering that the story continues into a new generation. It feels like revisiting old friends while still getting the excitement of something fresh and new. All I Need, the next-generation installment in the Everything Series, captures that feeling perfectly and reminds me why this world is one I always love returning to.

This story centers on Taj and Olivia, whose paths cross under far-from-ordinary circumstances. From the moment he’s introduced, Taj stands out as the kind of romantic lead who quietly raises the standard—he’s patient, steady, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of Olivia’s journey of self discovery. Rather than trying to control or rescue her, he supports her in making the choices that are right foe her, which makes his character feel both refreshing and genuinely admirable.

Olivia’s journey is just as compelling. Having spent most of her life surrounded by people who dictated her decisions, she arrives in Rising Sun searching for independence, clarity, and a sense of self. Her growth feels organic and believable throughout the story.

A.K. Evans excels at creating characters who feel authentic and emotionally grounded, and that strength shines throughout this book. Even secondary characters add warmth and familiarity, especially for longtime readers of the series who appreciate glimpses of past favorites. The story plays with the runaway bride trope in a way that feels light, engaging, and entertaining, while still grounding the narrative in emotional sincerity and personal growth.

If you're looking for a book to read- I highly recommend All I need. :)

A new series from the talented Ms. Evans. With each book of hers I read, I am mesmerized by her storylines and characters who are easy to relate to and whom I would like to be friends with. All I Need had my full attention right from the start, with the banter between friends and the way the MMC showed us he had a heart of gold. From the first chapter to the end, we are given a story of friendships, family, and an unexpected love.
She tells us the beautiful story of Olivia and Taj, two very different people who come from very different worlds but are drawn to one another, making you smile. A tree lighting, a runaway bride and a man who sees the good in everyone, sees two people start a friendship that turns into so much more.
I loved how both of them helped each other see that there was so much more to life than the path they were on. Taj helped Olivia see that she can do something that she wants to do instead of following the path that was set out for her. He also showed her what love really looked like. Olivia helped him see that work isn't the only thing in life. Friendships and love are two things that make someone's life more fulfilling. Olivia and Taj are perfect for one another.
I am excited to read the next installment in this series.

3.5/5⭐️

First, let me start with it was a good story.

That said, it was very predictable. I had high expectations after having read Taj's parent's story that I was a little disappointed.

Why Oliva's wedding was supposed to be in Wyoming, I have no clue. Both her and her ex were from New York. There are venues in NY that have the "Christmas vibe" she was wanting.

When the news about her leaving her ex dropped, she immediately said there was no way he leaked the story. His ego was too fragile for that. Obviously, it was him even though it was never really confirmed.

Her ex and her own mother were hell bent on forcing her to go back because she was their cash cow they resorted to kidnapping.

As for Raven, her "friend," she started dating the ex and went along with the kidnapping plan. Girl, you were second choice and not good enough. Have some self-respect.

I wish there would have been more about Taj TBH. I know he was named after his mom's brother (you would only know that by reading his parents book because it wasn't mentioned in this one,) and he is the son of Charley and Wes Blackman. He is the CEO of Blackman Boards.... but we never got into who he is as a character.

Overall, it felt very choppy for being a romance that builds over a 2 month span.

What an absolutely delightful romance. Ms. Evans has given us a well written, heartwarming romance with All I Need. Taj Blackman is a great friend, a loving son and brother, a workaholic and a good man with great family values. So when he sees a woman standing out in the cold in nothing but a wedding dress he can’t help but check on her to see if she’s ok. Which of course, she is not. The woman is Olivia Thomas, a well known supermodel, who has just run away leaving her fiance at the altar. Of course she doesn’t tell Taj any of this, even gives him a fake name since he appears to not know who she is. But Taj is determined to help her and the more he gets to know her the more he wants to help her.

Watching these two interact is simply wonderful. Olivia gives Taj a reason to be something beside just a workaholic devoted to the family business and Taj gives Olivia the space to be herself, make her own life choices while showing her what life with friends and family should be.

This is an outstanding read that I can’t recommend enough. Kudos Ms. Evans as I loved every page.

Welcome to the next generation. Taj and Olivia are first up, and I can honestly say that Olivia is lost. Big L, Lost. She’s bold, though, and knew that finding herself far from those who see her as only a cash source is her first step toward figuring out who she is and what she wants. She doesn’t count on Taj, but he’s turning into the perfect guide for her. He’s calm, caring, friendly, doesn’t want to push her, and is 100% by her side as she makes her way. Even with a slow burn like this one, due mainly to fears of being rejected on both parts, I found myself enjoying their ride toward more together.

That’s not to say there isn’t danger. There is. And it’s a little unsettling to know just how selfish and awful some who should love can be. But all works out and we get to see some familiar faces, even if they’re a little older and wiser now. I have a feeling that this series is going to bring a lot of that, along with some nostalgia and a decent amount of finding their way down similar paths to the ones their parents walked before.

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐈 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 is the first book in the Everything Legacy series by A.K. Evans, starting off the second generation with an entertaining opposites attract, runaway bride romance for Taj and Olivia. A unique meet-cute brought workaholic Taj face-to-face with a broken woman who still shines as bright as the Christmas trees she loves. I haven’t had the chance to read the parents’ stories, but I loved every second of Taj’s compassionate wooing, fun adventures, and swoony gestures! The slow burn of the romance did have me groaning in frustration though, as I was waiting on one of them to get up the nerve to make a move!😅 I admired Olivia’s strength and fortitude, as well as how easily she fit in with Taj’s family and friends. I love a well-written found family vibe, and this one was great with the added sweetness of holiday cheer. The suspense twist was exciting and emotional, too! I look forward to seeing what comes next for this series, and hope to find time to read the original books soon!

I received an ARC for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.

I was so anxious to dive into the Legacy series, because I have always loved The Everything couples so much. There aren't many series that I remember for years to come like I have with them.

Taj....in true Evans fashion, he is everything you'd want in a man. He reminds me so much of his dad. I always think Evans couldn't possibly write another MMC that I love equally as much, or more, than the previous, yet somehow, she does it every time. Taj is so patient and loving with Olivia, giving her space to grow and become her own person while also being there for her every step of the way.

Olivia...sometimes you just have to say enough is enough and shake life up. This is precisely how she ends up standing out in the snow in a wedding dress with no real plan for the future...until Taj.

I loved the chemistry between these two. I also enjoyed getting to see little glimpses of the couples from the original series along the way. I think Evans balances the old with the new so seamlessly. Just enough of the older generation to make your heart happy without taking over too much of the newer generation storylines. WELL DONE!!!

I was so excited to hear about our return to Rising Sun to see how the kids from The Everything Series find love. Taj and Olivia's story did not disappoint at all! Their story loosely follows Wes and Charley's love story in that Taj is all about not disappointing his dad when he takes over as CEO of Blackman Boards and Wes was all about making the company a success. Olivia is the runaway bride looking for a new start whereas Charley had been in Rising Sun for a while to also make a new start. I loved their meeting at the Christmas tree lighting and the introduction to all the adult kids gathering for the annual tradition their parents started. Their story was beautiful in that Taj was willing to let Olivia get to know him as he helped her explore her freedom and make her own choices for the first time in her life. Some of the things they did were so sweet and heartwarming. The epilogue was so sweet and unique, <3 The audiobook was recorded well and the actors did an amazing job bringing the book to audio life. I'm looking forward to the next in the series.

This story follows the Everything Legacy characters and their off-springs, but if like me you have only listened/read only one of those stories, rest assure this is a stand alone.
This first story belongs to Wes and Charley Blackman’s son, Taj.
Twenty-seven year old Taj has been given the reins of the family business. As focused as he is in his new position and its responsibilities, it didn’t stop him from seeing and assisting a woman, whom he recognized as a famous supermodel, in a bridal dress in the middle of town. Deciding to come to her rescue, he introduces himself and offers his help.
Olivia Thomas is that woman. She seems in need of a shoulder and Taj is determined to show Olivia he can be her support.
In this sweet story , there was some drama to bring some ups and downs to their relationship.
The narrators CJ Mission and Kit Swann bring the story to life.
I was entrusted a copy of this audiobook . The opinions expressed are solely my own.

All I Need is a heartfelt contemporary romance that blends emotional depth with undeniable chemistry, starting the next generation of Blackman Boards, and infusing the beloved characters from the first generation. A.K. Evans crafts a story centered on love, healing, and the courage it takes to open your heart after hardship.

The characters feel authentic and relatable, each carrying personal struggles that shape their journey. Their connection develops naturally, making the romance both believable and deeply satisfying. Evans balances tender moments with emotional tension, keeping readers invested from start to finish.

What makes this novel stand out is its focus on vulnerability and growth. Rather than relying solely on dramatic twists, the story thrives on emotional intimacy and character development. Fans of character-driven romance with warmth and sincerity will find All I Need a touching and rewarding read.

If you love second generation romance books, this one is for you! While I've only read "Everything I Need," from the first gen, I didn't feel lost with the characters. Taj Blackman is now running Blackman Boards. When he runs into Olivia Thomas in her wedding dress, it was like lightning struck him. When he said he found the woman he's supposed to marry, I knew he was a keeper! He didn't know Olivia or her story, but there was something about her that called out to him. Teaching her how to snowboard was reminiscent of his dad teaching his mom the same thing. Olivia was running from the life she didn't want--the supermodel world full of fame and photos. I loved how she could be herself around Taj and figure out the things liked and disliked, trying new things, and letting go of what no longer served her.

Kit Swann and CJ Mission were amazing narrators! They brought the characters and story to life. I always know I'm in for a good time when these two are narrating.

I received a complimentary copy of the audiobook at my request and voluntarily left this review.

Meet Taj and Olivia who have a shock or two to keep you on your toes! Another magnificent, make my heart smile book after the scare about stops it from beating! In the December cold at the Christmas tree lighting in the small town Rising Sun, Wyoming where Taj and his friends have known each other all their lives, he sees her. She's standing amazed by the large Christmas tree in nothing but a strapless wedding gown! Feelings hit him like a ton of bricks! Taj has a heart like no other; always there for anyone that needs him. Olivia sure does need someone to help her! This book has so many emotions that you'll feel like you're a part of their lives. You'll love it as much as I do. Thank you Andrea, for your phenomenal storytelling skills!

Loved this book!

I loved this story of Taj and Olivia!! She was a runaway bride. They met at the Rising Sun tree lighting. Taj saw Olivia standing there watching the tree in her wedding dress. He offered her his jacket and to get her a hot chocolate. They spent the rest of the evening together and he walked her back to her hotel. He had clothes delivered to her, since all she had was her gown. He knew then that she was it for him. He even told his parents. They only grew closer from there. Olivia really balanced Taj. She encouraged him to work less and have more fun. He loved her positive attitude with everything she did. I love these two together. This was such an excellent start to the second generation series! I loved the book and highly recommend! I can't wait to see who is next to fall!

When I heard the Everything Series would continue the legacy with their children I was over the moon! Starting the new series with Taj Blackman has me swooning just like his father. He is so much like his father, Wes Blackman. Attentive, listens, protective, and gives his love interest, Olivia, everything she needs that she has never had before. Olivia comes into Rising Sun, thinking she’ll just be passing through. But, once she meets Taj, everything about him encourages her to stay.
It was so great to catch up with the couples from the Everything Series and to get a glimpse of the other children all grown up, and I can’t wait for their stories to unfold!

All I Need is fire y’all!!! This legacy series has started off with a bang. I adore how Taj and Olivia meet, and the way he handles each of her moments is swoony! Taj is a sexy and sweet blend of Wes and Charlotte! And the scenes when he visits his parents-loved seeing the original series characters cameos in this one. The villains are extra off the charts, bringing drama, suspense, and action in at the perfect moments. The focus on the development of Taj and Olivia’s relationship as Olivia discovers herself is beautiful. The audiobook is on point, and I love that we’re getting all these characters in their audio-awesomeness. The narrators were fabulous and fun, bringing emotion, depth, and complexity to the various roles. Can’t wait for more!

While I’m usually not a fan of “legacy” series, this one has completely changed my mind! Somehow A.K. Evans seamlessly crafts a fresh love story—complete with a swoon-worthy meet-cute, battles with self-doubt, hard-earned self-discovery, and friendships that anchor everything—while still honoring where it all began.

There’s something truly special about watching history echo itself in the most meaningful ways. The subtle parallels to the original story add depth without ever overshadowing this couple’s journey. It’s a beautiful reminder that when history starts to repeat itself, you’d better pay attention—because sometimes the future you’ve been waiting for has been right in front of you all along.

A perfect blend of nostalgia, heart, and a well-earned HEA!

The Next Generation of the Everything Series gives us The Everything Legacy Series.

I didn’t know what to think about when I heard this series was coming because one of my all-time favorites series is the Everything Series but AK Evans did not disappoint when she gave us Taj and Olivia!

Taj is just like his father, he sees something he wants, he doesn’t let anything stand in his way. He sees a woman standing in the cold in her wedding dress, so he has to make sure she is ok, it is his nature.

Olivia is a runaway bride, oh and a supermodel 😊

We get to watch the banter between the two and we also get to see two totally different people, each from a different world, get lost in each other!

I can’t wait to see what A.K. Evans does next!

Taj is the perfect package as he is close to his family, a success businessman and so considerate when it comes to those he cares about. His first meeting with Olivia was unforgettable and while he knew that she was his destiny he was willing to be patient until she realized it as well.

Olivia is a successful model who is trying to escape the life she doesn’t want both when it comes to her aborted wedding and her career. She isn’t certain what she wants but she knows what she doesn’t want and Taj’s only priority is her happiness.

Taj is supportive and understand as Olivia becomes the woman she is meant to be not the one others want her to be while she brings light and laughter that he didn’t know was missing in his life.

Not your typical runaway bride story. While Olivia may have been out of place watching the small town’s tree lighting in her wedding dress, it was Taj Blackman who was determined to help her. I liked the no pressure he put on Olivia, befriending her from the beginning as they both developed their attraction to each other. Their story was complete with joy, laughter and romance.

The original series has always been one of my favorites. Having the Next generation gets books is just the best. The story did not disappoint. We get the same small town vibe with a big family element, even though its found family. We see friendship, humor, romance & love. Taj is the perfect blend of Wes & Charly. I love seeing the future of this family that captured my heart years ago.

I really enjoyed this book and getting to meet the 2nd generation in Rising son. We start off with Taj who was Wes and Charlie’s son. This is a standalone and you don’t need to read the first series but while you wait for the others books to come out it’s definitely worth it too. He meets a girl in a wedding dress at Christmas tree lighting and he is definitely his Dad’s son. Slow burn but sexy.

Excellence!

This story was Excellent!! I love the Everything series, so I was super excited to read about the next generation. This definitely did not disappoint. Taj is Wes and Charley’s son. Starting with Taj’s story is a perfect way to get these series going.

Olivia is a runaway bride. As she is trying to find herself after the recent drama, she meets Taj. He is the new CEO of Blackman Boards, and a total workaholic. But, he never misses a family tradition. These two characters are so sweet. And it’s fun to read about Taj give Olivia a bunch of firsts and new traditions after her upbringing. All I Need is a really fun read. Plus, the dram at the end keeps you on your toes. It’s a great way to wrap up the whole story. I’m really excited for more of this series. If they are anything like this one, its going to turn into one of my new favorites.
