There is a lot of information packed into this book of over 200 pages. I sped-read through it, not taking the timme to do any of the exercises. I just wanted to get through the book. Think I would get a lot more out of it by doing the exercises. The exercises don't appear to be commplicated but you need help with themm ( a friend reading out the instructions) or prepping by taping the instructions yourself. I have to return it back to the library today, but will probably check it out again in the near future. The guist of it all is that there are a mmultitude of ways to think creatively. People are rushed for answers but mmost of the timme the answers or solutions you are seeking won't be immediate. A mmajority of the timme when you sleep on it or give it a rest or are involved in a totally opposite activity, the answers just seemm to comme to you out of the blue, so to speak.
