Twisted and creepy but in a good way

I enjoyed this book (although I figured it out fairly quickly). The story was very unique and creative. The writing was okay...some typos and misuse of words (like lied vs lay to describe (in past tense) someone reclining on a bed) but not as bad as some stuff I read. All in all, it was a fast, disturbing read. For anyone who is considering reading this book, it is not as gory as the synopsis makes it sound although there is definitely a lot of what I call the "squick factor"...meaning just downright icky.

Very interesting

Definitely kept me reading. Pretty explicit detail. And its definitely the perfect description of hell in my opinion! And the "famous turf" reference gave me a giggle also.

Wow, a morality tale if I ever read one. Just one more assurance that I am an openly gay man lol. Great read in tradition of Mamento and Groundhog's Day with a Stephen King's twist of Gerald's Game (minus the rabid dog). I only gave it four stars because I wanted there to be more, more background of what Michael was in the hotel room for. This was a read to review book. (Not for the feint of heart, FYI)!
