Jennis Slaughter (1958-still kicking) was born in Leesburg, Florida and had a fairly uneventful childhood. Could be found sitting up in a Magnolia tree reading or tramping through the woods. Had (and still has) an overactive imagination so writing seemed to be the perfect outlet (since Hollywood didn't call). She prefers writing mysteries and drama and has been called 'The Angst Queen' more than once. She is a firm believer in happy endings and true love.

Another wonderful read

It was nice seeing the Delacroix family members come into the picture and experience their growth. The story was well told an exciting, though I must say I am anxiously awaiting the next installment, cause things are getting interesting. Live the series.

Great.

I really enjoyed Instinct. Para normal is not my usual read. I have enjoyed this series. But this was too much of a cliff hanger to suit me.

Solid 4 and a half stars. A lovely ending. Book 3. This whole series is character driven. Loved the familiars and their humans!
