Reborn!, Vol. 6 continues where the previous tankōbon left off and contains the next nine chapters (43–51) of the on-going manga series.

Longchamp Naitō, the Tomaso Family's boss, ends up in the same class as Tsunayoshi "Tsuna" Sawada during their second year, and thus tries to become friends with him, even inviting him to his house and to group dates.

Later, when Tsuna and his family go on a trip to a Mafia island resort, he meets Arcobaleno Colonnello, who is, along with his rival Reborn, one of the seven strongest infants in the world. He also meets the Arcobaleno Skull, who starts attacking the island. Several Mafia families on the island unite under an unwilling Tsuna in order to defeat Skull and his crew, but Reborn and Colonnello end up as the ones who defeat Skull, ending the battle.

Days later, when Bianchi holds a wedding ceremony in order to marry Reborn, the latter does not show up, causing her to go berserk and attack all the wedding guests.

This tankōbon is written and illustrated by Akira Amano. It continues the daily life of Tsunayoshi Sawada and the antics caused by his infant home tutor, Reborn, who is training him to become the Tenth Generation Boss of the Vongola Famiglia.

This tankōbon collects many stories and situations that fleshes out the characters already introduced and introduces new ones. One is Longchamp Naitō, who is an overly hyper eighth generation boss-in-training from the Tomaso Crime Family. Unlike Tsuna, Longchamp is optimistic and excited about everything, and though their families are rivals, he constantly befriends Tsuna.

All in all, Reborn!, Vol. 6 is a wonderful continuation to a series that seems really intriguing and I can't wait to read more.

Tsuna finds himself befriending another mafia boss head in Naitō, just in time to find his vacation to a resort with his family interrupted by - you guessed it - even more training, with a wedding between Reborn and Bianchi to top it all off?! Amano takes the insane antics to another level with plenty of funny and fast-paced moments to keep fans glued to the pages. Is nowhere safe from Reborn's plans?!

Really comical book with many great gags while maintaining an actual story. The longer arc does get a bit mundane though.

There is never a single volume that does not fail to make me laugh. This manga is just hilarious at times. Seriously, no manga has ever made me laugh this much!

This volume picks up a lot from the previous one. Here, we get introduced to a new character - the 8th leader of another mafia family! And this particular group has an opposition to the Vongola family! Though, their leader isn't quite as u would expect a mafia leader to be like.

Also, we get to learn a bit more about the mafia!! It is very impressive to know how respected the Vongola family is. Of course, Tsuna would disagree considering the poor guy doesn't even want to be involved in the mafia. Lol.

Another thing, is that a war breaks out against the mafia and this leader that u do not want to miss! It was very unexpected and just amazing!

I also wanted to say another thing. Hibari is quite the powerful character. I wonder if he will ever become part of the Vongola family. He would be a great member. I know Reborn does have an eye on him as a candidate. Though, Hibari doesn't seem like the type of person to follow someone. Lol. I wonder what his role in the future will be.

Either way, really looking forward to see the future of the Vongola family and how Tsuna will cope with being it's 10th leader!! The manga is truly fantastic and really picks up speed when it focuses more on the mafia. I hope future volumes will be more like this, but also keep on being just as fun!

I'm reading this volume for completeness' sake, but in general when I reread Reborn! I skip this one because it just fails to live up to the volumes around it in a very big way.

First off, all the characters in Reborn tend to be built on one or two quirks. But once they're established as a set of quirks, they tend to develop beyond them, so as an example Gokudera may be bomb-happy, endlessly devoted to the "Boss" and fall over sick at the sight of his sister, but he's also incredibly loyal to his Family even when he has a hard time showing it, a fantastic student who's frustrated when others can't pick stuff up as easily, immensely proud to a fault and often stubborn as an ox as a result of that.

In this chapter we meet Longchamp Naito (a rival mafia boss - sort of) and his Family, and all any of these characters are is a few quirks stapled onto an outline. Bam. They had an opportunity to grow into something more interesting, but during their run as characters they were almost never given any real obstacles to face, which meant they didn't even have to TRY to grow. I was hoping something would happen in Mafialand, but the moment things started getting serious, the focus turned almost exclusively on Tsuna and the Arcobaleno (spelling that wrong?) so the opportunity was lost. Easily the weakest volume in the American release.

Oke.

YAMAMOTO sama GOKUDERA jugaaaa. Ah, gara-gara mereka aku jadi betah deh baca komik Reborn ini #PLAK

To start off the Tankobon is the first matchup between the 'big three' and Hibari. Hibari ends up getting beaten by Shamal though with the Cherry Blossom Disease (so this is where he gets that). The next chapter introduced me for the first time to Naito Longchamp. I guess his character was really made to be annoyingly annoying (in contrast to Lambo's annoyingness) and maybe this is the reason why he was omitted in the anime. I like the idea of the Desolation bullet though as it gave depth to different characters. The whole vacation/Mafia land trip was indeed made to introduce the Arcobaleno concept and we were introduced to Colonello and Skull. Again, this part is better in the anime since they included Yamamoto and omitted Naito (although Naito's nth girlfriend has a part in the invading Calcassa family). The June Bride story turned out to be a 'level up' episode on Bianchi's abilities. I notice that Giannini was not introduced here yet (unlike in the anime) although there was a mention of Vongola technology. I have to watch out for him in the coming chapters then...

I don't who that 8th boss from the T family is but he needs some glasses. His girlfriends are gruesome... *shudders* Glad he wasn't in the anime. Colonello is just as epic in the manga as the anime. He may be my favorite arcobelano, but I have only met three so far. The wedding was kind of fun. Definitely unexpected and amusing. Slowly climbing up the ladder to meet the group of villains coming up.

I had totally forgotten about Longchamp's existence lmao but he's super annoying. Hibari's still as non-sensical as ever ("Hibari-senpai, you are a third year now, right?" "I always pick whatever year I feel like" Lmao, what?!) and my poor Tsuna can't catch a break, what was that bowling date? I want to kick Reborn's ass but I must admit it was pretty funny. We are also introduced to the Arcobalenos (Colonello and Skull) for the first time.
