Fire Mountain: The Spirit Children Series

Rate this book
The third book of the Spirit Children, continues exploring the lives of the Australian Tribal Shaman, those trying to survive in a contemporary world that is largely ignorant of their very existence and place in our world.

Born of the Inlands, Kirri struggles to find her way in a very different world, that of her husband, Tom’s. Chosen for each other by the Elders, Kirri & Tom struggle to forge bonds between two very unique worlds, splintered by history. Set in Tropical Queensland, amongst the remnant of ancient times, they must learn to work together, learn how to use their gifts, those given to them as Kadaitcha, the Lore keepers of the Dreamtime.

Step with them as they struggle to find a path through the influence of the Spirit World, and that of their Dreaming which governs their lives. Thrown into the fights between the worlds, Tom struggles to understand his woman and her ways, all while mastering the death stone and its power. A weapon to temper the creatures of the caverns.

Kirri seeks her own churinga, a sacred object of her people, one which brings with it the knowledge of destiny and time. Yet she must learn to understand the Edgelands, where she now finds herself. A strange world, that to us is the only world we know.

Tasked with ensuring the continued balance of our world, they temper the influence of other worlds threatening ours. It is an ancient timeless law balanced between our reality and the Dreamtime. Join with them as they battle the influences of other worlds on ours.

This is a timeless story, a place of all time in an ageless struggle.
