After a disastrous interview early in my journalism career, I was floundering about how to deal with difficult subjects and how to get to the meat of what I was looking to find out. McLaughlin totally aved me: He has easy-to-understand suggestions, practical walkthroughs and gets to the underlying reason of the role of the interviewer. Absolutely recommend this book.
