The Mask and Strap duo are short, deliciously smutty and slightly dark erotica novellas and they are everything you could possibly want in your reading porn. I mean who doesn’t want to be chased by a masked masc muscle mommy or even be in their shoes instead.

Great short and spicy lesbian romance, second book in the Mask & Strap series.
Jax & Birdie are back, this time for some Christmas themed fun in the snow. Loved seeing a bit more of both Jax and Birdie outside the games at the beginning of the book.
And like in the first book, the spice kept spicing 🔥 Jax and Birdie are so good together (even though I wanted to punch Jax once or twice lol) and the ending was so sweet

Thank goodness Birdie got rid of the terrible friend for this one. I was slightly confused by the gifted treadmill, I would be furious if I was gifted a treadmill (that did not fit in my flat!). I certainly wouldn’t have gone to the games and fucked the person who sent it to me!
As you can tell I have mixed feeling about this book. The sex was good, introducing the two other players to fuck Birdie while Jax watched and instructed was a great move; I just personally would not have turned up in the first place if the person didn’t invite me themselves after standing me up for a date they had asked for… apparently I am not one to let things go.
It works out in the end for Birdie and Jax though; the HEA ending is a sweet way to make up for being a pillock.

Mask & Strap Holigay is a wickedly spicy and sexy sequel to Mask & Strap Halloween. Our main characters Jax and Birdie return for another night of primal play featuring group play, voyeurism, consensual non consent, strap (of course), and more. I love that we get to see the characters outside of the game and learn a bit about who they are behind the masks. Also Jax is a swoon worthy romantic at heart who buys a mountain, yes a mountain, just to orchestrate a special holiday edition of the games to be with Birdie. I love the stone top and pillow princess dynamic of their relationship. This was a quick read and I hope we get more in this series. Maybe one for every holiday! Thank you Kat Blackthorne for the ARC.

Jax and birdie are back, in a wintery holiday setting this time. We get to see a little bit about their lives outside of the chase first, I liked that. The first gift in the book made me laugh. Very thoughtful 😂 There's chasing, there's banter and in true Kat Blackthorne fashion, there was plenty of spice 🔥 The ending was sweet! This was a sapphic short story that packed some heat. I liked it a lot!

The perfect short and spicy continuation of birdie and Jax’s story. I always LOVE the settings and characters that Kat creates and this story was no different.
After the Halloween games and then being ghosted by Jax, Birdie doesn’t know what to do. Jax doesn’t care, so why is she sending gifts and basically cyber stalking her?
These two are such a fun couple and the chase makes it all the better. Plus there’s a little extra spicy FFF scene and I was here for it!

If you’re looking for a holiday story that’s high tension and heavy the fun, read this book!. Kat has a gift for creating intense and hot dynamics with consent that feel both dark and surprisingly cozy. I loved the forced proximity, the holiday game and learning more about our characters. It’s definitely a spicy read, but the emotional connection between the characters is what really kept me turning the pages. The chemistry is off the charts!! Can't wait for the next one and I LOVE THE COVERS!

Absolutely loved it from stsrt to finish and Hope to read more of the series. An I kinda wanted to know the history between Slade and Jax. and maybe a side story for Slade..maybe, I like the blue mask psycho 💙.
