What an ending to this mini series inside the series. I did not know if Lyndisa and Him/Ice were going to be able to make it past all that transpired in book 2 and there was more drama in this book as well but slowly they were able to get back to what they had and I was happy he was there for her the way I knew he should be. Nate was definitely a good friend not letting him give up on her even when he was upset she wouldn't tell him what happened to her previously. I was lowkey upset she didn't just tell him when he asked but I guess in the scheme of things they had to just go through it the way they did.

Unfortunately, things couldn't be good forever, and when everything came to a head it was a little emotional and I felt bad for Ice. That being said, the way that Bre Shadae turned this book around at the end had me smiling and I was happy everything worked out for all the main characters mentioned in the book.

This lady knows she can make me emotional. I am just overwhelmed by this series. Ice was just so…deserving. I wanted him to have his heart healed. I wanted him to find his happy. He deserved so much. And Lyn she loved Ice with her entire being. Whew what a ride, I’m still crying

Whoa!

I had so many emotions as I read this book. There were times of laughter, excitement and sadness. I had several late night reading because I couldn’t put the book down. I love the character Him and the intense unconditional love he had for Lyn. The 3 Him books are my favorite, along with Taken by a Bedrock Bully. Enjoyed the Bedrock series. I hope more books will follow in this series.
