Just when I thought I had settled into the world of the Red Rock series, *Redemption of the Desert Wolf* pulled me right back in and reminded me why I love this series so much.
This story shines a spotlight on Jade, a character who has intrigued me for a while, and starts peeling back the layers behind her anger, silence, and self-destructive choices. What I loved most was how naturally the story unfolds. Questions that have been lingering since previous books are slowly answered, but every answer seems to uncover even more mysteries waiting beneath the surface and even more danger.
The suspense in this book is brilliantly done. I was constantly trying to piece things together, only to find myself questioning everything again a few chapters later. The tension builds steadily with more answers gradually revealed.
One of my favorite things about this series is how seamlessly each book connects to the last. It doesn't feel like reading separate stories—it feels like watching the next season of an addictive paranormal series where every character, decision, and secret matters.
If you're looking for paranormal romance packed with mystery, family secrets, emotional character growth, and enough twists to keep you guessing, this book delivers. And judging by where things are heading, I have a feeling the biggest revelations are still to come.

Book 3 of the Red Rock series by JD Wolfe does not disappoint. I was so curious to get to know Jade better and find out how Ryder (Harper’s brother) fit into the story. Jade is a wild one who is hiding secrets and pain. We learn more about her family, especially her sister Senna. I do like that we get to keep up with the others in the pack as well as adding some new members. I like the comic relief provided by Luna and Kai. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the books so far as they are well written, provide compelling stories and delve into the characters. I am super excited to read the next book which will be Luna’s story. It seems she has quite a bit in her past that we need to learn about!

Jade’s story always left a little mystery and Redemption of the Desert Wolf opened the door just a crack….. but oh does it lead the way into the side novella of Senna.
Every time I read one of the Red Rock Pack character books I am beyond immersed in their story, the ups and downs. The Red Rock Pack is not just a small pack of outcast women, it’s about women who refuse to conform to male alphas and be treated like poop.
Time to dive deep into Senna - Red Rock Novella and patiently wait for Rage of the Desert Wolf - Book 4….. Luna’s story, which seems to hold the most secrets.

The Red Rock pack feels like home with wild chaotic love between each of the members.
Loved Jade × Ryder, & learning more about their back story and connection.
The love growing and betrayals that happen, our family feels incomplete by the end. 😭
I really have loved the Red Rock Pack so dearly. I will also cause a riot if ANYTHING happens to my sweet Luna (I'm looking at you JD)
The fact that the MCs are all 30+ is great for readers of the similar ages, I definitely have enjoyed this factor into it!
Red Rock Pack is home, and I never wanna leave.

Best book of the series so far! Sucked me in and didn’t let go! Loved the story of Jade and Ryder. Looking forward to more in this series. JD has found her storytelling groove!

Okay this was by far the best book of the series. I just could not put it down, had to force myself in bed last night with only 10 % left of the story and jumped right in today when I had the chance to get back to the story.
A lot more happens in this, this is where the action really happens and things that make you question a lot of things and wonder how things fit together its exciting !
Some sentences that had my heart warm and the goofiest smile on my lips. And the last one had my feet kicking :
When she finaly realizes you’ve been saving her since she was two years old
Because nothing about this feels like fantasy. It feels like truth finally catching up.
A lot more happens in this, this is where the action really happens and things that make you question a lot of things and wonder how things fit together its exciting !

A very solid third installment. The writer has found her voice and you can feel it in the more developed storyline and improved character development. The characters draw you into their world and keep you reading until it's way past bedtime.
I really enjoyed the way the author picked up the threads from the other books and look forward to reading book 4.

Woohoo! This lady has stepped up her author game with this one for sure! This is the 3rd book in this amazing series and I have loved every single one. If you're a fan of wolf shifter romances & strong butt-kicking female leads, be sure to check out the Red Rock Series. You won't be disappointed.

Redemption is the 3rd book in the Red Rock Series and Im hooked. Ive genuinely loved and enjoyed every book in this series, so far, but I can honestly say it gets better with each one. This book takes you on one heck of a journey focused on Jade (and her shadow) 😜. A forbidden love; a twisted narrative or a sinister plan, which is it? A long lost sister that isnt who Jade remembers. Jades secret escape, if you will, that sends her down a hellish road. The malice trouble causing ravens. The plot twists. The tension. Oh my gosh the tension. The camaraderie and bonds of the female wolfpack, are phenomenal. Lower spice level in this book but there are some moments. Edge of your seat moments that keep you turning the page. You can feel what the characters are feeling. You go on the journey with them. You just have to read it!! I was iffy about Wolf shifter books, until I came across JD Wolfe. Other ones will have some big shoes to fill, for me. On to the 4th one!

Book 3 is by far my favorite book in this all-female shifter pack series. There is so much action in this book but also the banter that JD Wolfe's characters are known for. This book brings you into a shadowy underworld and introduces a surprise character to the story. The introduction of this surprise character was so great, the character received its own novella, Senna. How Jade deals with her own struggles while still trying to protect the pack and deal with an old nemesis really makes this a great read. Highly recommend to those who love reading about all-female shifter packs and new love interest developing from a former enemy.

I finally finished Redemption of the Desert Wolf by JD Wolfe, and it was another enjoyable addition to the Road to Rock series! While this one took me a little longer to get through than the first two, that had more to do with life than the book. Apparently my body decided it needed sleep... lots and lots of sleep!
I really enjoyed seeing the characters continue to grow, the emotional moments, and all the twists woven throughout the story. If you've enjoyed the first two books, you'll definitely want to continue the journey with this one.
Looking forward to seeing where the series goes next!

This is Jade and Ryder's story and boy will you get one. Of course as far as mates goes our Red Rock ladies never make it easy for their men. We get underground fighting and more secrets than answered. This book had me actually screaming because I was so mad. Have to say this book definitely gives a way bigger plot to the series and will hook line and sink you. Definitely can't wait for more but after you read this you will want to grab Sennas book.
