Things are taking a turn that Tanner wasn't expecting. From homestead to town, he has a multitude of new faces and races to take care of. Thankfully, he has training in managing domains.
With his peace broken, he'll have to find a balance of taking care of the town, letting his aides do what they were hired for, and growing his skills to better everyone. Not only does he have a new child, but even more new friends await him as town starts a new venture. A way to bring all of the races even closer together and bind two of the kingdoms to the wilds.
Not all are happy with his success. The kitsune are growing agitated, and security is heightened. How far will some overreach to take what isn't theirs?
I like to keep my bio simple. A few updates and a small mention that all of my books have a tinge of romance involved.
Ashen Realm: Book two will be coming out at the beginning of February. The third book is nearly ready as well. I'm hoping to have it published in April.
Fenrir's series; I will be releasing the fourth book at the beginning of the year around March.
Dimension Dungeon 3 is in the works still. I'm not sure when I'll get it out, but know that I am working on it.
World Champion has been launched, and the second book will be out near the beginning of the year. There will not be a preorder for it, so keep an eye out.
It's not bad. Few grammar/spelling mistakes, and is paced consistently. It's just... boring. I like a good slice of life, but there isn't any real growth and anything that might be actually interesting is just glossed over.
Good book. It felt like we continued where the last book ended. Smoothly. This book spent time on family and crafting. A little sprinkle of politics too. I enjoyed just seeing the day to day life and personal growth of everyone. Nova was cute too. There was a bit more about the gods and the overall mystery, but that fit right in. And, there is a clear path showing where the village / town / homestead is heading in the future. I am looking forward to that. Also, i hope I don't have to wait too long for the next book!
I love crafting novels, so of course I'm enjoying this one. There's status sheets, town building, crafting and drama, what's not to like.
My only dislikes are playing up the animal parts of the residents to much and Amara and Kips roles. Amara seems more like the thing holding the MC back than anything else. I really dislike when women are portrayed as nagging dictators of relationships or men as lazy, quiet, spineless and disinterested.
But beyond my personal pet peeves this a good series you should check it out.
This is a great series very enjoyable. Obviously the MC is OP and still growing but this is kind of that's why we read these books. The town is growing soon to be city perhaps and its influences growing as well. This will of course bring those that either want it or want it gone. Good luck with that. Not. The good news is, we get to read about the attempts(failed mostly). I can't wait for the next book.
Once again, I couldn’t put the book down. I love the world that you have created. Hopefully, it reminds everybody to get along. Life in this world is to short, so it’s best to be happy. This book makes me laugh. Looking forward to the next book an the new adventures that you put in this world. I’m gonna try some of your other series. These are the first ones that I have read. Thanks for your imagination Wendy
Excellent story! I have truly enjoyed reading all three of your books so far. I have not made a review on the first two books as I wanted to move on to the next book. Call me lazy. I found each story dragging me into it and not letting me go until the end. The story builds both the good plot and the evil plot until you are unable to see where it ends. Fantastic read. Ian recommending this story to every genera it has it all. Waiting for the next story.
I appreciate the balance the writer brings to telling the story with game lip mechanisms but without allowing them to take over the narrative. The story is about the people in it and while they all have aspects and ranks, those stats do not overshadow the people and their relationships. Looking forward to the next installment in a very enjoyable series.
This was very enjoyable to read and I cannot wait for the next one to be finished. I do hope the author decides to give the option of buying physical copies as I'd love to add this series to my physical bookshelf.
It’s a good read in the series. Wish it was longer though. There is a lot happening in the background and build up to future excitement. I wish they could pick up the pace a bit on all of that.
Please continue you to make this series. I enjoy this so much and love the character growth. It’s amazing how far Tanner has come and how far he will go.
