Reasons:
1. amazing characters & design like in Bleach
2. fucked-up world and soulcrushing character journeys like in Gangsta
3. monsters that need to be killed but some of them wear human faces, also epic fights like in Jujutsu Kaisen
4. lots of fucked up evil characters, not all monsters want to be monsters, and some gore like in Tokyo Ghoul

Additionally:
1. absolutely fucking badass lady
2. little to no romance, lots of family feelings
3. amazing comedy moments
4. found family on a another lvl
5. cute furry huge wolf as a both mascot and boss
6. non-annoyingly goodhearted main hero with peanut-sized brain that you just love
7. beautiful artwork that is consistent over the chapters
9. did I mention badass lady??????
9. amazing fighting scenes

we got nei’s traumatic childhood… my shayla, but then we get shizuka being prince charming and hot and handsome as hell, nei crying broke me while tao hugging her simultaneously healed me, we get found family trope which I fucking adore, we get a glimpse of that hottie again, i swear everyone is insanely hot in this manga aaah, and then we end it with that annoying little brat! i’ve already read the next volume and imma just say.. y’all ain’t ready 😔 it will sting but also it’s peak too 😭

Shizuka... i see past you. i already love the dynamic with him and nei and i cant wait to explore it more. like ive seen this plot before I HAVE PLAYED THESE GAMES BEFORE I KNOW HES GOOD. we just gotta get there.
