Serenity Falls honestly stayed in my mind long after I finished it. The atmosphere was haunting, emotional, and so beautifully written. I felt every secret, every betrayal, and every painful truth unfolding page by page.
Coby’s character felt deeply broken yet relatable, and Serenity was chaotic in the best way possible. The mystery kept pulling me in, but it was the emotions behind everything, grief, greed, fear, and guilt, that really hit me.
Such a dark, eerie, unforgettable read. Definitely one of those books that leaves you thinking about it afterwards.

The newcomers are fun, quirky, and surprisingly complex, perfectly complementing the beloved McTavishes and adding layers of humor and heartfelt moments to the mystery. Their interactions and adventures kept me thoroughly entertained, making each page a delight. This latest installment is a triumph—engaging, immersive, and wonderfully imaginative. Highly recommended for fans both old and new!

Serenity Falls is the kind of thriller that quietly pulls you in and refuses to let go. Every chapter revealed another layer of mystery, making it impossible to predict what would happen next.
What stood out most to me was how real the characters felt. They weren't perfect, and their flaws, fears, and choices made the story even more believable. The emotional weight behind the plot gave the mystery far more depth than I expected.
The writing was vivid, the pacing kept me engaged, and the ending left me with plenty to think about. If you enjoy dark, character driven mysteries with plenty of suspense, this is definitely a book worth reading.

The characters were well written and the story was good. The author had a murder that needed solving with a detective turned mystery writer invited to take part. That added to the drama. There was also a host of characters that eventually work to solve the crime. I thought that it was a bit confusing who was who at times, but it all worked out in the end.
